I was so relieved!!! I ran over a palm frond in the estates. Came to House of Flats a couple days later as it was the only cheaper priced place near me and my tire was at half it's normal PSI. 15 minutes GUYS! 15 MINUTES later and they patched my tire. I really can't believe it, and the people were so sweet too. I will for sure be coming back when I have another tire problem, and I heavily endorse this company!! read more

2 words "stay away". 1.Couldn't find my wheel unlocking key, where they left it. 2. Wrote down wrong tire size. 3. Couldn't find tires they said they had. Ended up putting on 3 different tire brands, promised not to. 4. Called looking for payment after already paid/had receipt. 5. Didn't put key where it was supposed to be and now keys are lost. 6. Only one star???? Why? My neighbor needed some used tires for the truck. I already went here two times and told him my own bad experience where my aluminum rim was damaged. He did not care because The house of (flat) quoted the best price over the phone for used tires that had 25% of the tread left. 30 day warranty for $38. Balanced and mounted. This store was close by and had the best price but... Unfortunately we had poor customer service. They were extremely slow only 3 guys working. We came before 11:00 And the truck was not even touched for the first hour. Then afterward every vehicle that came in after by was given higher priority. I would not believe it without seeing it with my own eyes. Great customer service was given to people who had 1 tire flat. Which explains the name of the place! So if you have more than one tire it takes over 40 minutes per wheel. Inside the front waiting room they have comfortable seating but outside they only have 3 plastic patio chairs where you can sit and watch how badly you are being neglected. They seem to give women far better treatment. Which is not very fair especially if your tire tech puts your truck up in the air then works on every one else before returning to work on your vehicle. After 3 and a half hours the lugs were put on by air gun and no torque reducing Adapters or wrenches were used. In the future I recommend Totally tires, collier wheel and tires, even Walmart as slow as they are still is better, but not by much. PS. The mens restroom light does not work. This shop overfilled my oil and the patch they applied to my tire blew six months later. When I called to ask about a full or partial refund, they first blamed my tires (which were well within their lifespan) and second hung up on me. The over-fill required a $500 valve cover gasket repair. They were combative and unhelpful on the phone, and when they could not answer my questions they hung up. I had a horrible scary blow out on 75 at the beginning of the pandemic on my Mazda CX-5. My husband and I waited over a month to get to house of flats due to the virus and his work schedule. We got a wonderful recommendation from our neighbor to go to Here. My husband took the car yesterday and could not believe they were able to replace the tire with an exact match. They had a Toyo tire with the same amount of tread I have on all of my other tires!!! Very impressed. We didnt think we were going to find a place like this considering we came here almost a year ago from the Bronx. This place is a definitely a find! We would never go anywhere else for tires! Folks, this place is EXCELLENT. From my phone call late today, Saturday, 9/1/12, just an hour before they were closing on a HOLIDAY week-end of all things, to the completed job, they were VERY KIND, CONSIDERATE, and gave me a remarkable deal as well. Even stayed a little after closing hours to finish the job. I got two almost new Michelin 17" tires for $102.50 INSTALLED. I mean they are almost brand new. I'm glad I did NOT pay attention to the previous posts that are obviously biased and slanderous. I even talked to Pedro Cruz, the owner about them and he was so nice about it. Basically, with 40+ vehicles in and out of there daily, you can't please everyone. Folks, I am Tim Savage. I live in Naples off Pine Ridge Rd. I have over 30 years Sales Experience and can discern a bad person and/or business when I see one. THIS AIN'T one of them. Go there. See how nice it is. Okay, there isn't A/C. Whatever! I needed two tires badly and suddenly and at their 11th hour on a holiday week-end, they were BETTER most than places that have no bad reviews, no kidding. Thanks for reading this. One last thing, I went to buy a drink for the worker doing OT to fix my problem and this Owner, Pedro Cruz, refused to let me pay for it but donated it to his own worker. Now that's a GREAT boss. They have been in business in Naples Florida for 25 years. Good place for fixing flat tires or replacing tires or sometimes even wheel balance and break work. The business is run as a first come first served so sometimes best to call ahead of time to see how busy they are. The owner is always watchful and present at the business and offers competitive rates for work done. read more

If you're white. I wouldn't recommend this place. You can be the first one in the shop and they will be working on your stuff. But as soon as a Spanish speaker comes in they take top priority. They will immediately drop what they are doing with your vehicle to help the Latinos first. I came here to get 1 tire patched. It took me over an hour. They took my tire off pulled it off the rim and started to prep it for the patch. Then someone else pulled up had a chat in Spanish with one of the techs. He dropped what he was doing with my one problem tire. To put 4 new tires on his car. My work wasn't resumed until he was finished and drove off. read more

I had to give them a star but not because they deserve it. This place is horrendous, I purchased 4 new tires and they ended up scratching ALL 4 rims. We went back to the shop to speak with the owner and all he said was my machines don't do that, and the front desk girl said "I don't know what you did when you left here" are you kidding me we got the tires installed Thursday at 530 pm and we noticed the damages the next day. All 4 rims have the same exact scratches and all the grease from the person that installed them. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THEM!! I thought we were doing a good deed by getting the tires from a local company but boy was I completely wrong! read more

House Of Flats not only got me in right away but also gave me a price way better than the other competitors. In less than 20 minutes I was on my way! I called looking for 4 good used tires. The owner answered, said he has 9 of one size, and 14 of another, that will all work for my vehicle, all w 75% to 90% left. After they had already removed my old tires, he call me in and said that unfortunately he cant find a single matching set, except this one set of 4 , which has about 1 yr left in them. I bought them, bc I dont want to buy new tires right now. But I certainly felt like he scammed me, and was taking advantage of me , to unload his worst tires. If he had kept his word, Id come often. $50 for a tire with 75% of life Ieft is a good deal. But he didnt, simple as that. I hope that anyone reading this doesnt support this business, and he loses more money than the little bit he saved by being sneaky. They dont deserve your business. read more

Noticed my friends car had a flat and needed to get it fixed before he came to town for a vacation. I called AARP, waste of time. I then went to YELP and discovered House of Flats in Naples. Upon filling the tire with FIX a Flat and filling it with air, I proceeded to drive the car to their shop. I checked in, the young lady said about 20 minutes to do the repair. In 20 minutes I was pulling away. I never asked what the price was but it was beyond fair. The crew was great and the owner was on site working. I highly suggest you take your tire repair to them. always buy tires at Wally Mart but they wouldn't sell one because tires on car are oversized; have always had great luck for 30 yrs. decided to get one used tire at House of Flats and then replace set later. receptionist told me i could see tire befrore mounted; they cleaim they're all 70-90% of original tred. in less than half hr. she came and got me and said the tire was mounted; it had almost no tred except between sections; the strips were totally smooth. Not happy about this; charged $51 total; we'll see how long it lasts. read more

The owner spoke with us and said he would try to get us in that morning. He did, and within a couple of hours we were on our way. Good service, friendly workers, low cost. We couldn't ask for better! I should have known when I pulled up, and saw cars and trucks being jacked up in parking lot with floor jacks. Lift's inside must be broken. Saw employees hit cars with floor jack lever, cars where so close together with work being done. It's a South America tire shop right here in FL. Prices are the same as a real tire shop. So you don't save money. Owner of the place, has the word owner on his shirt. Shirt was faded lol maybe buy yourself a new shirt. If your new tire leaks air, they won't fix it but will charge you 23.00 to look at, And maybe see if they can stop the leak. They will just say your rims are bad; sorry have a nice day. Just drive by and glance at the place, its a real Sh*t show taking place. I wonder if they have insurance, because peoples cars and trucks are getting scratched up and dinged. Never again!! Do yourself a favor take it to a shop where they can at least lift the car correctly. Anything happens at least your covered for the repairs. Buyer Beware!! read more
