So literally the main thing I'm paying for is hot water a towel and a place to bathe. The water was ice cold. Seeing that dogs temperatures are higher than humans temperatures. I'm sure it felt worse for my dog. I've use this dog bath a couple of times on other occasions the water was ice cold too. On the other occasions, the water has been a decent temperature, but I have the cold water 100% off and it's hot only but it's luke warm. I was told they had a lot of dog washes today that's why it was cold. Maybe if you turn the hot water tank up a little so a bather actually had to use cold water it wouldn't use up all the hot water after a couple of baths. Do better!

Today I took him in for bath and brush out. They were busy, they tiold me they were planning on being done by 4, no problem, then she said, well "we might not be able to dry him all the way", I thought well that's weird, but. it's summer I'm sure it'll be ok, I never even made it out of the parking lot when they called me to come back and get him he's too "anxious" not behaving in his crate. I'm not trainer or groomer but isn't it there job to know how to interact with the doggies? He's a puppy of course he's excited and very social. I feel like they were just overbooked and looking for an out. I would've had more respect for them had they just said hey can we reschedule we can't fit him in today. I took him down the street to pet supplies plus and washed & dried him myself, was out before 4 pm, no problem. I paid less there for 5 washes than 1 at PetSmart. I really like Devon, but I guess after such poor treatment I'll look for a new groomer and stop referring people there. Poor customer service. I ended up corresponding with this store via Facebook and phone, and all of their customer service representatives were extremely helpful. Although they didn't carry the brand I was looking for, they were able to order it for me and have it within the week. They also recommended other brands that may work, and offered for me to return it in case my cat didn't end up liking it. I'm really impressed with this store, and don't think I'll ever stop in a mainstream pet store again! Also, another note, they carry a lot more than just cat food.
