The process took several months, filled with miscommunications and false completion dates. When they finally returned the bike to me, it was unsafe--the brakes were not functioning properly, and I nearly crashed the same day I picked it up. I had to pay almost $600 out of pocket at a different shop to fix issues they should have addressed (after I paid over $600 to this dealership for the "repairs" they did).
