Stop #4 for Small Business Saturday! House of Windsor is an upscale boutique that specializes in Brighton gifts and Pandora charm jewelry. The charms are beautifully displayed in a very organized jewelry box-type display. There were three employees working and they were all very helpful without being intrusive. We couldn't really decide on which Brighton charm to get for my aunt so one of the employees gave us a Brighton catalog to give us ideas. They were offering warm cider for SBS, which was thoughtful of them. House of Windsor also carries a large selection of handbags and accessories, plus they have a Thomas Kinkade gallery of gifts. We weren't able to decide on a charm today, but we'll be back for the friendly service and beautifully curated pieces! read more

I just love the House of Windsor. We purchase a new flag for every holiday and season. Fabulous selection of unique gifts and even a few Rae Dunn pieces. They have THE best customer service I've experienced in years. The staff is friendly and cheerful. I want to feel good about where I spend my money and the House of Windsor always makes me feel great when I leave with a purchase. I've been in this store once before with my girlfriend. It was uncomfortable before because it felt like we were being watched by the staff. Tonight, we returned- prepared to spend HUNDREDS of dollars on Christmas presents for our moms, grandmas, and aunts who LOVE Pandora and Brighten. I grabbed one bag and the salesperson immediately asked if she could hold it at the front for me. Sure... then as we are walking around look for more items, the staff is eyeing us.. rushing us out. It's 6:03pm and the cashier had the nerve to tell us "I don't mean to rush you, but we do close at 6". It's christmas! Do you not want to make sales? We left immediately. Now I am more stressed about my holiday shopping, as I had planned on buying a majority of my gifts here. Big mistake, HUGE. read more

House of Windsor is my FAVORITE store. I shop here at least 2xs a month. Usually after breakfast with one of my friends. I always take them to the store "just to look"... I have never walked out empty handed. I have purchased many gifts for others and lots of Brighton charms, jewelery for myself. 1/2 of the store is dedicated to Brighton. The other 1/2 is dedicated to home decor and gifts (or self-gifts) for all occassions. My favorite purchases are the 2 large scripture wall hangings. All the ladies there are incredibly sweet and attentive. They always greet you and offer you a beverage. If your purchase is a gift they will gift wrap it for free. If there is an issue with your Brighton product they will fix it or replace it. A few times I received a voicemail saying hi and inviting me back in. I also get a bday coupon every year. You really do not find many places that give impeccable customer service like the ladies at House of Windsor do. Thank You ladies!!! Shame on you......you should treat ALL your customers the same but instead you judge. They're are 7 customers in your store including me & 3 workers. You offered cappuccino or water to everyone but me. I could dismiss it if I thought for a moment you didn't see me but one of you looked me directly in the eye and said nothing. Rating based on the fact that I arrived at 5:55 and the store was closed when hours posted stated opened until 6. Even when sales associate inside, saw me try to open the door she didn't offer to reopen store until the actual close of business. Drove quite some distance to pick up a badge clip lanyard. Very disappointed. Upped rating from 1 to 4; revisited the next week and the associate was helpful. Even offered to walk me to the jeweler down the street to check on modification of a piece. I will never return to that store again. My daughter and I walked in after an elderly white couple who were greeted warmly and offered a cup of water. The salesperson turned to give us a tense greeting. As we browsed around the store, the two sales ladies ignored us the entire time even though we were the only customers in the store. When other white customers walked in, they again were greeted warmly, offered a glass of water and asked if they needed help. I purchased the Brighton Starry Night Horseshoe necklace with the matching mini post earrings from the Brighton store in Chino as a gift for a friend; which by the way is part of their 2015 Spring Refresh catalog (in other words this is a recent release). Unfortunately, my friend selected another set from a different retailer. I tried to return the merchandise to House of Windsor and they do not take returns as they will only give you store credit. The lady told me that their store did not stock the Starry Night horseshoe necklace or mini post earrings (but yet this is a Spring 2015 release). The only reason I went to House of Windsor instead of the Brighton Store in Chino is because it is a closer location to my home. It was a complete waste of my time. Moral of the story, make sure you are certain about your purchase before you buy from this particular store. read more
