I've used this jeweler for a few repairs, and have always found them to be very good. But recently I took my husband's wedding band to be re-sized. They had to cut it and add gold to make it a size larger. This was a ring that my husband had designed himself and had made by a different jeweler/friend many years ago. I left with a good feeling and after visiting many other stores decided to pursue getting the ring from the Jewelery box. I had a photoshopped image of what I wanted and was able to get it made custom. Moses was fantastic and worked with me to get the very specific stones I needed in the size I wanted. I did a lot of research about the market value of everything I put together including the labor of making a custom ring. When it came time to finally get the quote from Moses, he came in $50 under what I felt was a fair price. This to me was a great sign of honesty; I didn't even negotiate and green-lit the job.
