The owners of House to Home are the most honest and caring business owners you will ever meet. If you ever have any problems with anything you purchase from them they will bend over backwards to make things right. Don't take my word for it, visit their store. One or both of them work in the store every day. You will have a chance to meet them and see that they are incredible to work with. I have purchased thousands of dollars in furniture and appliances from them (I don't think they sell the appliances anymore) but they have taken care of me and every person I have sent in. They have been in business for many years and most of their customers come from referrals. If you want great quality furniture, where prices are lower than any other store you will find (for the same quality) give them a visit. Their service will be the best you experience from any store you visit. If they do not have something in stock that you are looking for, they will get it in to their store quickly. The house to home listed here does not even sell appliances they are focused on furniture and mattresses in my oh my do they have quite the selection. I have been in a few times and feel like it is constantly being updated with the latest and greatest pieces for every room of the house. On my last visit I came in for a sofa and ended up leaving with the bedroom set because the markdown sale they had on it was just way too good to pass up. Is the sales people are excellent and knowledgeable and if by any means you have any issues after the purchase they will be happy to do their best to help you and make sure you continue to be happy with your purchase. That is the beauty of a small business so not only will you be getting a good deal but you'll be supporting the local community instead of letting those big box companies just get a little richer and treat you like you're nothing but a sale . House to Home is amazing! It was my first experience buying furniture for my new apartment as a grad student, and they were so helpful and honest! I never felt pressured, their prices were the best in town, and their furniture is great quality. The best thing about them is their customer service, they're so genuinely nice to every customer that comes in. Unfortunately one of my pieces of furniture, the sofa, did come with the back baseboard broken. This wasn't their fault or the delivery guys' fault, and you couldn't tell until they took all the wrapping off. But immediately they called to arrange a date (within the next week) for a replacement couch and let me keep the still functional broken one until then. They even sent a gift card to apologize for the inconvenience. If I ever have to buy furniture again in Michigan I'm going straight back to House to Home! read more

Great customer service and product! Not enough people take the time to write a good review, only the bs of bad reviews of a customer that didn't receive the service they THOUGHT they should have! So I wanted to take the time to write a good review. The mattress set I bought 2 years ago recently had the box spring go "faulty". I followed all of the original direction of keeping my receipt and not tearing tags off. I made one visit to the store and was delivered a new box spring the next day! I give my praises to this wonderful company. They have bent over backwards for us. We purchased a mattress from them a few years ago which was replaced with the same style mattress once because we didnt like how it was holding up. Well after receiving the second one it still was not holding up to our satisfaction. I got ahold of them to let them know about my dissapointment and Julie worked to get me a better mattress to replace the one I tried twice. We have also purchased a washer and dryer from them and have no complaints. They are a top notch company that really cares about their customers. I love this store and can't say enough about it! It's all NEW furniture and I think a lot of people, myself included, have a misconception that it's used furniture. I found a bedroom and living room set that I wanted, but still shopped around only to come back to this store because they really did have the best price. The guys here run their business exceptionally. I have an old vacuum and I frequent House to Home for the maintenance. They also have a great selection of beds, furniture and appliances.
