Extremely Disappointed…read more Hiring H2OBros was a huge mistake. They sent one unqualified guy with no uniform, no ID, and no proper tools. I hired them to clean my windows and apply a nano coat, but when I asked him about it, he said: "we don't do that." Seriously? He spent an entire day and cleaned only three windows, then said he'd come back another day -- even though the company had guaranteed the job would be done in one day. The second day was just as bad: same person, same incompetence, and still no completed job. The management team Ray and Austin were useless -- not proactive, not responsive, and never sent professionals to fix the situation. What they show on Instagram is pure marketing hype. The reality is sloppy work, broken promises, and total lack of accountability. Save yourself the headache. Don't waste your money or your time with H2OBros.
