Two days later Alan's wife, Maria, and her crew, Lucy & Milene, spent 7 hours cleaning from top to bottom. Keep in mind that the house had no furniture in it. They cleaned areas we didn't even consider and took pictures before and during the process that they sent to us for our records. It was also $20 more than the price we were quoted via text message, but overall they did a good job. My partner spoke with the owner and arranged bi-weekly cleanings at a slightly lower price. We asked that they come every other Thursday in the afternoon. Today, we found out less than 24 hours in advance that they can't come tomorrow afternoon and were told they would be here around 10-11am instead. This is not what we asked for, so we had to cancel. It's also the second time (out of 2) that we have had scheduling issues with this company. The first time we requested a morning cleaning and they said they had to come in the afternoon because we didn't confirm their phone call after already confirming via text message. Some of the other reviews indicate similar problems with scheduling, so we decided to go with another company that can accommodate our needs.
