He literally missed several red flags inside the home which we are in the process of being repaired but found numerous inane things outside the home AND he left a radon detector in the house without our or our realtors knowledge. His inspection was brief and clearly he found "enough" to satisfy the buyer not purchasing the home. His estimates of repair were way off base and he asked prior how old the roof was and our realtor knew the roof was 1.5 years old and then he asked after inspection how old the roof was. He is totally incompetent and would never use him for any purpose. We had his list checked by another professional who laughed at his findings and pricing. This is NOT a new home and there are quirks but his list was trite, to say the least. I will say he has a nice van.
