Unfortunately, it appears the tech at the parts store cleared the error codes, so the ABS will remain until it triggers another error. The tire sensors were changed and the pricing was exactly what they said it would be. I will use this shop again for our other vehicles.

I made an appointment, took the van in and explained that I read an online article stating that in most instances an oil change will solve the problem. I asked for an oil change to see if the article proved correct. I did not ask for a computer diagnostic scan. However, they did one anyway and charged me $60. When I called, they were unwilling to make any adjustment in the charge. They've had my business for several years and I've referred others to them. One would think a business would want to keep a customer and have the customer continue referrals. Seems like very poor business sense to me to not desire to satisfy the customer. Instead of a happy returning customer referring others they now have a person writing a nasty review and telling friends to stay away from this place.

The work they did for me seemed complete and was priced fair. I came in to replace two front tires. I got there before opening on a busy Saturday morning. I was promptly processed and advised I would be next up and that it would be about 90 minutes before my car was complete. After 90 minutes my car was not even started. They did hustle to get it done in the next hour. Just disappointing that it wasn't done in the originally promised 90 minutes.

I got brakes done all around a week later my car started shaking vibrate. I took it back. They told me I had a bad rotor they told me they would change it After I pick my car up. It started to shake worse. I took it back again. They told me my warranty, only cover a one time replacement they refuse to fix the problem, so I took my car to another shop for a second opinion they told me my rotors were bad. I told him it was brand new rotors. They told me I should take it back to the shop I got it from and use my warranty. I had them put it in writing. I took it back to patriot tire they told me they would do it one last time After I left. The car shook even worse. I took it back to the shop. They gave me the estimate and had them replaced my rotors and give me the old ones. I took the old ones back to Patriot Tire & Auto Care requested a refund for the bad parts. They told me take it to the factory shop and get my refund there And I did. The factory shop told me that they couldn't do it so I had them call patriot tires because that's where they got it from and a tow patriot tires but that's not the way they do business and it shouldn't be the way they do business have a customer take off their parts and bring it back. Put your tires refuse to speak to me. I have a lawyer and I'm in the process of suing so please if you can avoid this shop on Dupont Road please do very bad business etiquette.
