Unfortunately, it appears the tech at the parts store cleared the error codes, so the ABS will remain until it triggers another error. After three days in the shop, the parts were installed and shifting issues were resolved. I was told that the fluid leak was coming from somewhere other than the transmission system. Surprised, I told them I would have that taken care of by my mechanic. As it turned out it was in fact leaking from the transmission cooler and replaced by the second shop. Why Fort Wayne Transmission Centers couldn't identify this or were not truthful about wanting to repair it, is beyond me. I am certainly disappointed and will look elsewhere for future transmission repairs.

Took my truck in to have tranny completely rebuilt. took them 2 weeks to fix it. I got it back and…read morethe speed sensor was broken so I had no speedometer. they took a week to fix this issue. then I had it one more week and the tranny failed. I took it back in and they said something came apart inside the transmission and they had to fix it. I waited another week. So I get my truck back again and have it almost a month and again something broke inside. I called them and they said bring it back in. I thought to myself (I think not ) after all this. I decided to tear the tranny down myself. I found upon doing this I was missing a nut to my carrier bearing mount. And a nut inside my tranny was completely loose causing my gears not to engage fully. I fixed this issue easily and permanently with locktite and set screws that should have been tightened inside the nut. Any transmission shop should have known how to do this upgrade correctly. I would not recommend this shop if you want quality knowledgeable work done. I mean granted the guys at the shop are really nice but their work is far from quality. I would do research on transmission shops and choose wisely but save yourself a headache and don't go here. If your reading my review good luck on your search.

I returned it because my front end where they dropped my transmission for some reason the swaybar was by the brake line for the nickel and dying for the repair $95 per diagnostic, which didn't 75 nuts which was five apiece $77 and when I inquired the owner got upset with me and threw me out of his establishment after I explained to him I was gonna do a yelp and the Better Business Bureau so if you have any business with transmissions, this is not the place to go ever all they care is about your money. They don't care about the quality they don't care about customer service they care about their money they far away from this company as possible. I hope they stand by their warranty. It looks right now I'm gonna have a problem if I have a problem with my transmission for the next 12,000 miles .

Requested brake replacement on Honda Odyssey but to give estimated cost before any performing…read morework. Had previously obtained cost from Honda new car dealer which I thought was on the high side. Dealers estimate was $900. And estimate was free. Took vehicle to Rich's as stated above and was charged $61.74. I never expected a cost for a brake inspection and didn't approve any costs. Their estimate for the same work was 1623.59 incl tax. Not including the $61.74 for cost of the estimate. In addition to the estimated brake replacement there were estimates and recommendations for work totaling $2,114.47 incl. tax for work that had previously been performed or was superfluous. Obviously, I did not have Rich's perform any additional work and paid the $61.74 for the estimate - a charge most shops give at no cost for brake estimates This review has nothing pertaining to job quality, thoroughness nor friendliness of their personnel.
