Nathan scheduled an appointment, sent Dennis, Asaf, and one other young man. After checking my roof, I was told that they could not clean the duct through the roof vent as the existing vent was not a proper dryer vent. They left and contacted Nathan to discuss with me. Nathan confirmed that the existing roof vent was more for an attic gable fan and would need to be replaced. He would order the part and call me to reschedule. The appointment was set for today between 8am-10am, the same crew called to let me know they were on the way. Upon arrival, they removed the old vent, cleaned out duct, installed new and correct roof vent (after some adjustment cuts), tested for proper function. I even did a load of towels and drying them took half as long as before. All is good. Kudos to Nathan and his staff for their promptness, professionalism, and quality work. I hired Green Quality Air for a vent cleaning special that they had for $79. This deal was…read moreeverywhere on social media, so I scheduled an appt. I wanted my dryer vent cleaned since we had purchased new machines. They "allegedly" cleaned my vent. When i had my new dryer installed i was receiving an error "80% Duct Blockage" My dryer has this safety feature. I called the technicians from the dryer, nothing wrong with dryer. I told they i had the vent cleaned 1 week prior to install. I had 3 more people come to my house to give an estimate for a rerouting of the vent since that's what could apparently be causing the error on the dryer. Green Quality came to to give me an estimate for the rerouting of exhaust ducts to reduce bends and improve air flow. The Third person who came to give an estimate checked the dryer vent through the outside and simply pulled all this lent and leaves that was blocking the ducts. These ducts had 'allegedly" been cleaned by Green Quality Air. I was furious! It took 3 people to find the blockage and Green Quality came twice to my house. Very, very disappointed, i had referred my boss and took that back. Don't use them, they do a half a** job. So much for cleaning, waste of time and money.

I even followed up asking if there are any extra charges or surcharges, to which I was quoted the statement above again. Today, the sales rep showed up, took one look at the dryer from the hallway, and asked a few questions regarding the dryer's history. To which he responded that he had to do a deep clean, and the new price is $259 for a deep clean. I said no, I agreed to the $79 special. He said NO company in the area will honor that. His attitude quickly changed to rude and unprofessional. It is extremely unprofessional to slam a client's front door simply because you didnt capture a sale. Maybe you should consider a better business practice of being upfront and honest with your clients rather than doing bait-and-switch ads on social media. BE WARNED THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY!!!! They will lure you into an appointment with a low price and suddenly more than double your quote upon arrival! Take your business elsewhere!
