"We'd be happy to clean your Dryer Vent System for $79 Service includes: Cleaning for your dryer vent system: * We carefully move the dryer and disconnect the hose that connects it to the wall vent. * We clean the entire duct from inside the house wall all the way to the exterior vent outside your home. * We also clean behind the dryer and inside the dryer's internal vent. * Once everything is clean, we reconnect all parts and test the airflow to ensure proper air pressure and efficiency." I even followed up asking if there are any extra charges or surcharges, to which I was quoted the statement above again. Today, the sales rep showed up, took one look at the dryer from the hallway, and asked a few questions regarding the dryer's history. To which he responded that he had to do a deep clean, and the new price is $259 for a deep clean. I said no, I agreed to the $79 special. He said NO company in the area will honor that. His attitude quickly changed to rude and unprofessional. It is extremely unprofessional to slam a client's front door simply because you didnt capture a sale. Maybe you should consider a better business practice of being upfront and honest with your clients rather than doing bait-and-switch ads on social media. I got a quote over the phone for service for my dryer vent cleaned out. It was a $79 dollar special. I drove an hour into town to meet the technician at my mom's house. Once the technician arrived he told me it was &249 + tax. I asked why after I had been quoted the $79 dollar special? He told me because he had to get up on the roof. I was not happy at such a price increase needless to say. Seems how I had scheduled this day drove an hour into town and then going back home another hour I went ahead and did it. It took him a total of 15 minutes and then he didn't even sweep up all of the lint. Dissatisfied because of quoted price was $170 more plus tax, time spent there (15 minutes) and it was so simple to sweep up all of lint! I will not use this company again. read more

I scheduled an appointment for Aug 31 and they were supposed to arrive between 11am - 1pm. I received a call that morning at 10:22am asking if they could reschedule it for later in week. It was Labor Day weekend and we had travel plans so it we could not move it. They said they had other technicians and would call me back. At 3:41pm (hours past the scheduled timeframe) I had to call them to find out what was going on. They said they were looking into it and would call me back. At 3:57pm they called me back and said they were trying to reschedule and call me back with new appointment. I did not receive a call back. The following day, I received a text message saying they could come out between 1pm - 3pm but we were leaving at that time for Labor Day traveling. I told them we have to reschedule for another date since they couldn't keep their initial scheduled date/time. On Tues, Sept 14 I rescheduled another appointment for Friday, Sept 17 between 11am - 1pm again. They said they would give me a call 30mins before arriving. At 3:44pm, no one showed up and I never received a call. I contacted them and they thought the technician was there. I said no one came or called. They tried calling the technician but no one answered. They again apologized and said they would call me back. It's now Mon - I never received a follow-up call since Friday. We had green quality air come out to clean our air ducts and do a mold treatment on June 20th of 2023. Initially it appeared that they had done a thorough job but about three weeks later we started seeing mold on the registers again. I removed the register in our main bedroom and the duct was still filled with the debris and mold was growing in the metal bucket. I removed more registers to find the same issue. We had another company (Texas Air Pros) come out to inspect and they confirmed with photos and video that mold is throughout the duct work system and they failed to clean the main duct box in the attic. We paid a just over 1700 dollars for what we were told was a whole system deep clean and mold treatment. I contacted the company who tried to argue that they would not warranty the work due to not having them install a UV light but at the time of service we were not informed that we needed to do so for them to honor the guarantee. The person I spoke with confirmed that a UV light was not recommended after viewing our invoice and stated he would send the technician back out. The technician did come back out 7/28/23 and explained that he didn't clean the ducts because he was afraid of damaging them due to them being flex ducts, which was not explained to us prior to the service being done. He did offer to reclean the registers and clean the duct box in the attic that he didn't clean prior. We appreciated his offer but requested we have a refund for the services we paid for but did not receive, namely the mold treatment that was completely ineffective. The technician stated his manager would not refund more than 199.00 for the attic box that wasn't cleaned, but would not offer reimbursement for the mold treatment that was either not done or not done properly. The technician then left our house without informing us he was leaving or allowing us to respond to the offer. We will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB. read more

I got Green Quality Air to do the AC duct cleaning. The guys came in on time and started off everything well. Then the tech (Amir) mentioned the rate quoted on the call was only basic [which was different from our understanding] Soon after the deep cleaning was done, I was asked to get the AC running for an hour. I noticed and sensed there was a big vibration to the AC unit, which was not also can be sensed on the walls near by. Tried reaching them on phone on Next Day (Friday) and got no response, Same story for Saturday, Monday. Tuesday, I got my AC tech come in, and right away he told me there is debris in the blower unit, which is causing this issue, and would charge me, if he has to fix this. Meanwhile, this is caused by the duct cleaning folks, so try to get them back here and take a look. Fortunately, I was able to get hold of Green Quality Air tech, who only kept screaming at me, rather than listening me to, while my ask was genuine - please come back and take a look at what happened. A week later, these guys still never came to look at this, nor called back to resolve the issue. The team / tech does not honor their work, or take ownership on their part of the work. Very disappointing and I had to get my AC tech to come back and fix this for me. I would never recommend Green Quality Air for any work - especially since they don't want to own their work, and fix any issues that is caused by them. You would be hiring them on your own risk and be ready to pay $$$ from your reserve money, because they wont fix what they screw up. read more

Firm went out, when I called to speak to my father, he stated the firm raised the price due to "chemicals and light" additional to cleaning to $1000, to wish he confusedly agreed too. Overall not bad service, our dryer seems to be running better after the service but they left some mess after the cleaning. They got behind the dryer and left the blinds by the dryer messed up, I was worried they were broken for a minute, and then they went into the attic to check the vents and when he left there was a bunch of insulation left on the carpet under the attic entrance. I feel like that should have been vacuumed up or something since they were vacuuming out the dryer vent anyway.
