This company is excellent! Quick to answer the phone when I called about a service for our air ducts to be cleaned. I was seeing some black around some of the vents. My husband and I have suffered a lot with allergies and inflammatory issues over these past few months. Ori and his partner came out and discovered we had black mold in our vents and ducts. They cleaned them out and put disinfectant for the mold and took pictures of everything. I couldn't believe we've been living with that! This company was amazing! Arrived promptly. They cleaned out my air vents and they made sure that they wiped and swept all the debris that came out of the air ducts. A huge amounts of pet hair and black dust. It was shocking to see how much debris was making me sick. I was so impressed by what a change it made in my allergies! We needed our dryer vent cleaned out right away due to a warranty situation with our dryer. The dryer technician kept saying our vent was clogged. We were pretty sure that was not the problem, but we knew it would not hurt to have it cleaned just in case. We asked for quotes on Yelp and these guys responded right away. They were able to come out the next day and came during the scheduled time they sent. They were quick and honest. The cost was about the same as other companies. read more

When I saw the message for Air Duct Maintenance & Cleaning for a special $144, I had to ask more questions. I asked Jacob to clarify the first sentence of his email. He said that the camera would be placed into duct system to identify issues; mold, dirt, etc. His second sustenance, "Cleaning the Return grill and duct and sensitive unlimited vents 1 HVAC unit/condenser outside unit". I asked him to confirm that the ducts were to be cleaned for this amount. He stated no and if I wanted the ducts cleaned, it would cost $65.00 for "each vent". SO, instead of "Air Duct Maintenance & Cleaning for a special rate of $144.00, now I was looking at 15 vents at $65.00 equals $975.00 versus $144. Big difference. We the People need to do our homework. Sorry, but this organization will not be working for me. read more

My parents went with this small business to clean all their ducts in their home. They were very professional and polite. They answered any questions they needed to know about dryer and other vent cleaning. Took their time cleaning out their dryer vent as do-it-yourself fail on us and the brush got stuck at the 90 degree angle. Not sure how they were able to get the the stuck brush out, but they did a fantastic job on cleaning their dryer and four other bathroom vents. OK, I'm a fan. Netanel (AKA Nathan) was fantastic! He kept at it until he resolved my problem. Let me set the stage... My wife rescues bunnies, and we keep them in a room in our house. We have big wood cages, use towels and cotton blankets to make the floor a little easier on their paws. Unfortunately, bunnies are not always the most consistent at using their litter boxes, so we need to wash their towels and blankets frequently. In addition, bunnies eat hay, so the towels and blankets are usually full of hay as well as other material. We shake them out as best we can, but we can't get rid of all the hay particles and other "stuff". We bought a super large washer and dryer, and have been using them for over five years. But, our dryer kept giving us a low flow code. Netanel tried to blow the residue from our vent, but it didn't work. He then climbed on the roof and noticed the vent cap was clogged. He removed some lint, but mentioned we should change the cap to another style that wouldn't clog as easily. He also disassembled the vent pipe through the attic and cleaned all the built up lint (the "before" pictures showed the lint blocked about 60% of the pipe, even after he blew it out with his super-high-powered blower.) He then said I could use the dryer, but that I should avoid drying heavy loads until he could change the cap. Then the cold hit, and then the windy days. I didn't want him on the roof, so we waited a few days. He finally came back when the weather was more conducive, and changed the cap. He also changed the tube that connects my dryer to the wall, as the one I had installed prevented me from getting my dryer back to the correct location. I also appreciate how easy it was to talk to him about the issue, and how he was able to explain what was going on and how he gave me several options to resolve my problem. Finally, he re-emphasized that if I still had a problem, I should call him back. He guarantees his work 100% Yup, I'm a fan. read more

Great service. They were efficient in the actual cleaning, but did a thorough inspection first. They found problems (that were not wholly surprising) and consulted with us before doing the work we had requested because of the potential for damage. Our service person gave us options to consider and did not push us to do more than we wanted to today, which we appreciated. The cleaning work was good and they took before and after photos and video so we could see the effectiveness of their work. We will definitely return to them for service in the future. read more

I had not had my dryer duct cleaned in way too long and the service man could tell. He did a deep cleaning and suggested I have regular maintenance cleaning at least once a year. Nathan was friendly, courteous and efficient. He not only clean out my vent but he cleaned up all the dust that spilled out on to my neighbor's yard. I was afraid I would have to do it. Overall positive experience across setting up appointment via phone, getting scheduled for air & dryer vent cleaning 4 days later (not an emergency, we moved a few months ago and just wanted to make sure everything in the house was clear), and the services themselves. Both technicians who came to the home were professional, provided helpful information about our system, air filtration, and dryer vent (which was in dire need of cleaning), replaced our Home Depot-installed dryer duct (too long, giant U bend, prevented the dryer from sitting close to the back wall), and completed all cleaning with video and pictures to show me inside the ducts/unit. The appointment was scheduled 9 to 11. The tech arrived at noon. Asks to see the chimney from an outside vantage point. Tells me there is a problem there is a hole in the wood at the top of the chimney stack, that could harbor a dead animal that would result in a horrible smell. Then tells me that no one told him it was a 2 story house. The basic cleaning only includes 8 feet of chimney length. It will be $18 per foot of additional chimney. Goes inside and proceeds to inform me of what level soot I have, says it's bad. He points out a crack that can be replaced for $600 or sealed for 250. And I'll need a deep clean since the soot is so bad. I opted for the basic. He sets up his vacuum and drill. And literally cleans for under 5 mins ( I may add that his 2 sticks that are 4 feet in length each were not even in their entirety, inside the chimney, so much for the 8 feet cleaning that was being paid for) $150 and less than 5 mins later. I am not impressed, I encounter this type of double talk daily. He worked longer on an upsell than the actual cleaning service. This is the whole you bring your car into a shop and end up leaving with transmission work and a deep clean of the engine bay. read more

My living environment was very toxic with black mold and white mold not to mention rat feces in the air duct! Nathan came and did a great job to get things cleaned up. I'm not as impressed with the company. They do their best to keep adding on more and more fees for additional situations. That was not appreciated. They need more upfront disclosure on price options.
