Housing helpers the worst company that we work with the so call owner Hayley Smith is so unprofessional, she lies . To the clients, she clean the houses herself to keep the security deposit cleaning fee . We suppose to move on the 27 and still didn't have the house clean, professional gardeners to clean and fix the house. They are charging so much money . She's rude not even once said she's sorry or apologized . She lied to her own housekeeper team . This woman is very unreliable, rude, and her work ethic is very terrible! Glass was on the back yard, the fountain have wood and moldy water she said she will send professionals to fix it and nothing yet!Please do Not hire her ! you guys will be very disappointed!!! Do NOT RECOMMEND HAYLEY SMITH AND HER COMPANY AT ALL HOUSING HELPERS . Based on previous reviews, it seems to be a running theme that Hayley helps who she wants and has a problem communicating in a timely manner. I'm here to verify that is true; between her listings, and other ppl taking applications for properties she claims already had applications in. First there was one application in front of me, but when I initially applied I was the first to contact. I only got correspondence from Hayley, after submitting over 10 requests through different platform asking for direct contact to the listing agent thinking it was my representative/realtor that wasn't doing her job. This past weekend my Mother flew out here to help me move, we blew up Hayley's phone for over 24HRS up until 3AM with no response; knowing my move is an emergency due to owner negligence a leak and mold. The specific unit I applied for is still listed, and as you all know it tells you when listings have been last updated. The last update was 2 days ago, which is AFTER my application. So if you had an application a week ago, why are you still updating this listing? I then reached out again, looking for the owner of the company only to find out Hayley is the owner; which explain a lot. I mean, let's be clear look at the reviews the names and the color of skin. It's quite alright, as this is part of the reason I'm getting licensed myself. It's not just her either, it seems to be a running theme that information is not given out correctly and having to chase down realtors on top of racial discrimination itself. She's not the first realtor, I have had to blow up listings or harass to get responses from. However, it definitely has given me a new fire & drive to be the representative for people of color. Especially knowing I've been trying to relocate, due to owner negligence and having mold in my unit. I've been documenting this entire process. I'll definitely be reporting every realtor or broker I've had a hassle with. read more

The real super stars of Vegas! Housing Helpers lives up to their namesake and beyond with their wonderful service, from first contact, all the way down to the final details. They essentially made our relocation from Northern CA to Henderson possible! Please don't give too much weight to poor reviews commenting on having to be in constant, regular contact, putting in your "part" for the energy needed to find a new home. If I have any less than favorable feedback- those critiques are accurate, but after years of experience with property management companies it's not uncommon for busy offices and I'd rather work with a desirable, highly sought management group than their corollary. Kim and her team went above and beyond to research and share suitable properties before our initial visit and made time for us on short notice. When we picked our home, Kim ensured we secured it over the next few days so it was ready for move in less than a week later! On move in day, unforeseen issues put us dramatically behind schedule and they were so flexible and worked with us to ensure we would have access to the home no matter what time we finally rolled into town (11:30pm!) Housing Helpers also post their listings on AirBnB as 'hosted by Hayley', where I had my entire interaction with them. We were given the run around with 12+ hour delayed responses to inquiries and declined booking requests - PLURAL. One property in particular was listed on AirBnB for $3,600/month, $4K+ with fees, without any picture of the kitchen. We inquired if there were dishwasher and microwave, to which they responded 12 hours later that there's no microwave. How can a $3,600/month house, listed as having a full kitchen, not have a microwave?! With only 10 days before our arrival, we simply don't have the time and patience to play their unprofessional game. read more

I worked with Realtor Don Twining I've worked with a lot of lazy realtors and in company agents in that area for a few years and I can actually say that Don took very good care of my last transaction he took the listing and was very fair that my house on the market looked after it while we were out of town and brought us a great offer that we could not refuse He went out of his way to stop by the house several times to make sure everything was in perfect condition and we really appreciated that since we were on the east coast at the time The listing agent I can say that he was definitely not a lazy or incompetent listing agent He promised us that he would sell our house in a small timeframe in which she most certainly did thank you so much Don! I definitely recommend this agent to represent you buyer or seller in the Vegas area I am also licensed and so was my husband as a broker and we trusted him and he exceeded our expectations Update: My husband is furious with this place. After a successful transaction last year with our property in Tuscany He went back to HH to get our other property in Spanish Trails listed since we are trying to get my father in law to downgrade and move back home, since my mother in law has passed he truly cannot be on his own out there. Our Realtor, Don is no longer with the company. Instead we got some incompetent man by the name of Tom who doesn't return calls and is unable to meet our basic requirements of even phone appointments. I was in between homes and I didn't want to sign another lease so contacted Housing Helpers for a furnished monthly rental. Kim Cheney was prompt in returning my call. My experience was good up until they received my money. The first thing that I noticed was that the cleaning fee of $275 was not used to clean the apartment. There was dust everywhere and the air filter looked as if it hadn't been changed EVER! The blinds in the master bathroom were broken. The shower curtain was torn and dirty. The garage opener light didn't work. Just too many things wrong with the unit for them to charge $1900/month. The worst was when the roof leaked during the rain and half of the light fixture fell from the ceiling. I notified Kim Cheney about this and I kept getting the runaround. Here I am almost 2 weeks later and still no one has even come to look at the ceiling! I have a lot going on and I don't have time to chase Housing Helpers down to do what they are supposed to do. They let me down big time. When the month is over I'm moving out. There's way better options out there. Never doing business with them again! read more
