This airport is large clean and pet friendly. There is food and bbq even at very early hours. The people and employees are very friendly

I feel like this place is a mess...traveling in and out of the midwest is easily done thru IAH, navigating thru IAH isnt always easy. I refuse to use any naming association with former president you know who...Intercontinental sounds better. Its a bit of a jumble here but the train makes for a quick transition from one concourse to the next and in some cases you can take walking short cuts. Watch out for the crazy people driving the golf carts...holy shit they are nuts!

Excellent airport for lay overs as well! LOTS of shops, restaurants plan in walking yet the do have shuttles and teams as well. Nice and clean.

We used InstaPark to park at IAH over the Thanksgiving holiday. On our way out of the garage, we were told the InstaPark wasn't working and we'd have "to back up and get in line like everybody else" as if we had done something wrong! There were 3 cars behind us in the InstaPark lane. You'd think they could have managed to put up some orange cones to block the InstaPark lanes. Then when we get to the front of the line, they're manually searching for our credit card that we used to enter the parking garage to try to determine how long we had been parked. What in the incompetent, rude, inefficient.... it was like dealing with the government.

Many things to see around the airport. It helps a lot when you have a layover. Also I liked their variety in restaurants.

This airport is United Airlines' main hub. Not only that, the options for domestic and international flights are endless. I'd say that George Bush Intercontinental Airport has to be one of the busiest airports around due to the huge crowd of travelers going in and out. The airport was quite gigantic in general and took a bit of time to navigate between gates. There were a total of five passenger terminals (A, B, C, D, E). All of these terminals are connected and can be accessed with either the Skyway train or the Subway train. What stood out to me was the gorgeous, modern presentation of the atmosphere. I loved the installations of the decorative architectural ceiling as well as the colorful LED lights. The nice variety of dining was in abundance. Restaurants included options such as Agave Taqueria, Auntie Anne's, Bam Bam, Chick-Fil-A, Blaze Pizza, El Tiempo, Landry's Seafood, Panda Express, Peet's Coffee, Starbucks, Subway and so much more (the list goes on). In terms of relaxation, massage chairs, children's playing area, lounges, ablution and prayer room, sensory rooms, and Chapel were also available for travelers' use when convenient. As far as shopping, there were clothing stores, markets, designer stores, cosmetics, duty-free stores, etc. Overall, the George Bush Intercontinental Airport - IAH was a wonderful, yet busy airport to fly into. I don't mind returning here for layovers. The concourses may be a lot to navigate through, however, the offerings available from food to relaxation were beyond great.

The airport is clean, has a pet restroom (never seen this before), multiple lounges, restaurants and stores. Two places stood out: Brookstone: For memorial day they had a "happy memorial day" flyer and giving free soda to active duty and veterans. I am personally not a fan of saying happy memorial day. Also, the day is not about celebrating current military. It's to remember those that have fallen. Anyways, thought it was unnecessary they were giving away soda and 40% off. We didn't participate. The blanket we purchased for the plane ride was super soft! Be relax: OMG! Those prices were insane. I didn't snap a photo bc the girl was hovering as I talked it through with my husband. I believe 15 minutes was $60. Smh! In relation to massages, if you are at IAH and near gate D5 (down a few gates from be relax,) , you can get a wonderful massage chair session. The chair was $5 for 15 minutes. It massaged your head, back, and legs. It was great after a 3 hour flight. I will use the airport again!

You need to know where you're going in case you have a tight layover and need to run for your life to the gate where your connecting flight departs. But interior-wise and food-wise, the airport has a tremendous amount of options in a visually aesthetically pleasing environment. If you are flying out of Houston at George Bush or connecting with a flight that is taking you either west or east, you could do a lot worse than George Bush Airport. There are plenty of options to camp until your next flight. Just make sure you know where you're going so you don't fall into a trap and miss your flight. Fortunately, that hasn't happened to us, but it could if you're not careful. Word.

It's main telephone support line is open 24/7, providing assistance for bookings, changes, refunds, and other travel-related queries anytime, day or night. As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. That changed with Royal Jordanian. I paid $140 for two seats that were clearly shown as a two seat row. When my wife and I boarded, we discovered the row actually had three seats. No one pays extra for a middle seat -- ever. My seat number was k6 and the seat has no cushion whatsoever, I had to stack pillows and blanket to prevent back pain Most incompetent company I've had to deal with. Called someone in Detroit to get information about the plane and flight, he gives me another number to call I believe it was in Chicago. I call that number, another person tells me we don't handle this, you have to call another number. Called that number, that person gave me the original Detroit number. I called Detroit back, another person answers and gives me the information I was asking to begin with. Not done yet. I finally check in and get on the plane, plane was gorgeous and flight attendants for most part were very hard working. Half the people on this flight were idiots, loud, arrogant, dirty and bathrooms even after a couple hours in flight were dirty, urine on the floor, clogged up sinks. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Like a fourth world country on a top of the line plane. I will never ever fly Royal Jordanian again!!!! Would rather pay twice as much and get to Amman in 3 days then fly this airline. Rather take any other airline that go through that hell AgaiN.

Whether you need assistance with a new reservation or an upcoming trip, trained representatives are available to provide prompt and reliable support. As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner . Unfortunately, this JetBlue Airways experience fell short of expectations. I paid an extra **$140** for seats that appeared to offer a better arrangement during the booking process. However, after my wife and I boarded the aircraft, we realized the seating layout differed from what had been displayed at purchase. Paying additional fees only to encounter an uncomfortable seating situation was disappointing. My assigned seat, **6K**, lacked adequate cushioning, making the journey more uncomfortable than expected. I relied on extra pillows and blankets for lower back support throughout much of the flight. On longer trips, seat comfort can make a significant difference in the overall passenger experience. The customer service process proved equally frustrating. I first contacted an agent in Detroit seeking clarification regarding my flight details and aircraft information. I was then transferred to another department, believed to be located in Chicago, where I was informed they could not assist and was given yet another number to call. That representative ultimately redirected me back to the original Detroit contact. Only after several calls and repeated explanations did an agent finally provide the information I had requested from the start. After boarding, I found the aircraft itself attractive and well-maintained, and most of the flight attendants appeared hardworking and professional despite managing a busy cabin. However, the overall environment deteriorated as the flight progressed. A number of passengers were noisy and inconsiderate, and the lavatories became increasingly untidy within a few hours, with wet floors and sinks requiring attention. Although the cabin crew deserved recognition for their efforts and professionalism, the inconsistent customer service, uncomfortable seating experience, and declining cleanliness ultimately overshadowed the positives. Based on this experience, I would strongly compare alternatives before booking JetBlue Airways for a similar trip in the Future.
