She can hear, but due to childhood ear infections and tubes, she lost confidence over time and developed severe anxiety around doctors. For years, it was extremely difficult--often impossible--to get her comfortable enough to be seen. Dr. Jessica Nader changed everything. From the moment she walked into our home, she was calm, patient, and incredibly kind. She connected with Michelle in a way no other doctor ever has, and for the first time in a long time, Michelle felt safe enough to be examined. Dr. Jessica Nader went above and beyond by coming to our home multiple times--including returning the very next day to continue building trust. That level of dedication is rare. Lue or Liu her assistant suggested that I should relay the question to her which she will relay to the doctor then the doctor relays the response to her which she will convey to me. This just feels so inefficient. I have no clue who this assistant is and why should i be forced to talk to her when I have a question for the doctor. When I insisted on this she said just make an appointment to come speak to the doctor. I would have been open to doing this but the fact that I do not have access to my doctor who is happy to charge the physical money to my insurance but does not want to call back her patients about the report or field any question related to that is absolutely unprofessional. Also the patient portal information has not been received after a week. Asking any one about that and they say front office deals with that, front office forgets to tell you about that.
