The office was spacious, clean, and check-in was a breeze. The wait to see Dr. Prichard was short. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing that wasn't stellar was his assistant/appointment setter. She wasn't friendly, other than that, I highly recommend Dr. Prichard if you're in the market for a knowledgeable ENT.

He was very friendly explained the procedure efficiently. He is a wonderful surgeon. Kind and compassionate and prompt. He even offered to pray with me. He called my husband after and then the nurse called. He's busy. We are all busy. I don't need you sit down and spend a lot of time with me. Tell me what we need to do, tell me what happens if this doesn't work and send me on my way. I am in here post surgery so if this works, I will be changing my review to five stars. My wife took my 2 and half year old daughter in for some reason the said my insurance was inactive so my wife asked for the out of pocket cost and was told a number she could not cover.... None the less they would not even look in my daughter's ear to make sure she was ok..... this is a baby.... That is in discomfort..... I am a customer service director for Chick-fil-a and I give service 100000000% better for a $5.00 sandwich then they give when people's health/ hearing is on the line and you have spent thousands of dollars with them..... worst service I have ever seen or heard of.
