I received abnormal pathology results from an outside facility outside of Houston, so I was…read morereferred over to the University Cancer Centers to receive those results and get treatment if needed. An hour away from my home. On Oct 9th, 23 days ago; I had my appointment. I was given a medical release form to sign and was told the form was faxed over to receive my pathology results. The results didn't come in time, so we decided to do a Telemedicine visit to receive those results along with further blood work ordered that day. All these Cancer antigens. some scary stuff. I was given this telemedicine visit for 10/29/2024 due to the doctor being on vacation and not returning until then. I NEVER received a call so I call and I was told the doctor is busy, tomorrow he will call. Next day no call, I call again and was told the same thing. Doctor busy, tomorrow. Today is 11/01/24 , still no results, and now if you try calling the # 713-474-1414 it goes straight to voicemail. I have been calling daily with no answer or response. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.
