LIFESAVER. My two year dropped my phone and cracked the screen completely. No big deal and it was time for a new phone. That afternoon I went to TMobile to purchase a new phone and purchased a Samsung S5. The representative were so nice and told me that they could transfer all my accounts over to the new phone. PROBLEM......they were not able to transfer my pictures from dropbox. These were not just regular pictures. These were all of my pictures of my kids especially my two year old newborn pictures. The representative told me that there was nothing they could do and didnt seem to have a care in the world. I had to sit down and I cried like that was it. At that point I felt like my life had came to a complete stop. I spoke with everyone I cold possible think of at Tmobile. I explained to him that I was not leaving until I get my pictures or better yet give me my old phone back and I would take it to my guy to fix the screen so I could get my pictures. They told me that I couldnt do that and walked away because he made his sale. Finally the store manager arrived after being there for 4 hours and told me about Dan. He told me that he was good and that he would call him to see if he could assist. At this point I was willing to try anything because I knew I couldn't get those memories back. So I end up speeding down to the other side of Pearland to see if Dan could fix my phone. I was shaking and just all worked up about the situation. Dan greeted me and knew ho I was when I walked through the door. he told me to calm down and he could fix it, So I took his word for it. I couldn't receive any more bad news and the worse thing he could say is "I can't fix it". Dan worked a miracle. He was able to get all of my pictures of my kids including the newborn pictures. OMG if felt like I had won the lottery. I cried tears of joy because he understood how much it meant to have those memories back. Just writing this review brings tears to my eyes. Please don't go here! I should have tuned right around when I seen the inside off his "shop"! You can tell that he is just starting up. Unfortunately, I went ahead in because T-Mobile recommend him (I recently found out that T-Mobile threw away all of his business cards due to the high volume off complaints) Daniel was a very friendly person and SEEMED to know what he was doing (I am currently shaking my head, now knowing how much of a scam he is!) He charged me $100 to replace the cracked screen on my phone. When he was "done" the bottom off the screen was lifted (which T-Mobile said was happening to EVERYONE!) However, he reassured me again and again that a bit of pressure would heal it. Me being naive about phones I believed him and left with a broken phone. After applying pressure overnight it still looked bad!!! Then three days later the whole bottom half had lifted, I could see the inside of my phone!!! So ,again unfortunately, I went back. He had another customer in the"shop" I told him about my problem and he told me he would be right with me. Over an hour of standing later (he has no chairs) he finally got to me. It took him less than a minute to reapply glue and I was on my way. Granted, two hours later it was in the same condition. The THIRD time I went he told me It would be over 30 minutes wait! No body had that kind of time to be wasting on a service they had already played for! I left. Later that day my phone screen cracked AGAIN!!!!! I did not drop it, bump it, run it over, or anything!!! What had happened was the bottom of the screen was so lifted it must have bent the (cheap) screen I fronted $100 for and cracked it. By the way I have an otter box protecting my phone and I can STILL see the inside of my phone!!! read more

I visited this store today as my phone had cracked and I couldn't read the screen or type anything. I arrived at around 10am and was serviced by Nick. There were no iphone 7 screens in stock but he said he could have one there by 11am-12pm. I left the phone with Nick and went to work and he said he would email me when the phone was ready for collection. I hadn't heard anything by 2pm, when Nick emailed me and told me they were having some issues with rebooting the phone. He called around an hour later and said they had fixed the issues and to come and collect the phone. In a world of constant poor service where the customer in increasingly treated poorly, this place was fantastic. Very professional and polite, kept me informed and good value for money. We stopped by ATT today after I shattered my phone while skateboarding, the employee there recommended us to Dan (The owner) and upon arrival I knew he was the guy to preform repairs, his shop seemed to be getting some business but he performs repairs in the front so you can watch your phone as he fixes it. Dan is the man !!! Had my note 4 screen crack and a friend recommend me to him. I live in Missouri City about 30 mins away and it was worth the drive. I was in and out with a new screen in about 30 mins. I also bought a screen protector and I am going on about 3 months with no issues with my screen. Quick service but more importantly they did an excellent job replacing my broken screen. You can't even tell that the glass had been replaced.
