So my balance for the service and activation fee totaled $66.82 when I realized that there was a discretion And no activation fee was required. I called the store to inquire and they hung up on me the young lady hung up on me. I go to the store. I'm treated like a villain. I was not offered a refund or credit to my account instead they rudely suggested that I take a few Accessories. I explained to them that they did not get to steal my money and then decide how to give it back to me. I don't need any accessories. They refuse to give me a printed receipt for the transaction that occurred on 11 October so I call 611. I was then informed that the only charge that the MetroPCS T-Mobile Computer stated was that I was only charged $30. My question is where did the other $36.82 go if it wasn't recorded on Metro's system, I've disputed the charge with my bank and received my money back. I am cautioning all people to stay away from these thieves that are pocketing the money. Oh, when I was getting the phone turned on he offered to take five dollars off the activation fee as if he was doing me a service of kindness and the bastard stole from me. Tried settling with the guy at the shop and he brushed all responsibility on me. I decided to take my phone to the apple store and they told me my camera was replaced to another one. Prior to me getting to the apple store he texted me saying he can order a whole new camera. BUT I informed him what they told me at the apple store and he started yelling at me saying he did not replace my camera and that it wasn't his fault my camera stopped working. STAY AWAY!!!!! On top of it- he had added a screen protector which was not expected at all and highly appreciated. If you need a phone repaired soon not hesitate to use his services.
