UNPROFESSIONAL & INCONSIDERATE. SAFETY HAZARD. Terrible first impression. Walked in to get my phone checked, and immediately stepped on fresh, wet cement. As you can see by the images attached, there was no hazard sign when entering. Nothing separating the cement from the customers. The door was wide open, with no signs of caution. Took a few steps then slipped, I dropped my wallet. I have never seen this level of unprofessionalism. Staff never apologized for the inconvenience. Smelled of weed inside. Staff did absolutely nothing to help. I should sue for this hazard. There's plenty of other stores in the area, it's better to go there instead. I highly do not recommend this place. read more

I left my laptop with these dysfunctional workers for repairs, but instead of fixing it, they completely destroyed it. Not only did they damage it but they said that it was brought in the same condition. Not to mention what type of criminal activities are conducted here. DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS PLACE. I wish I could give zero stars! This is the worst place ever! If you love your electronics please do NOT go here. Yesterday I came to them to fix my Huawei Mate 10 Pro phone that had a screen cracked. The rest of the phone was absolutely fine. They assured me that it was going to take 2hrs. But 4hrs and an insane amount of money later, my phone got actually ruined. They actually did something to buff the battery, so now my phone doesn't close shut and they had the AUDACITY to say that it was already broken! Not only that, now my phone's volume/mic doesn't work. I can only use it with headphones on. I'm so upset. How do you completely ruin a phone and don't even take responsibility for it?! read more

TL,DR: Won't honor warranty a few days afterwards, and did irreparable damage to phone. Stripped screws and glued them back in... AVOID! I brought in my iPhone X on Feb 17 for a screen and rear-glass replacement. The screen and workmanship quality was questionable, but for $140 or so (cash!), it'll do. Fast forward 50 days to April 8th. The screen stops working. It still 'looks' fine, but isn't responding to any touch, so it's impossible to unlock. I text them from my workphone and ask if they're open for repairs (coronavirus concerns...) and they say they are, but when I get there, they tell me that they won't even look at it because it's 2 weeks past the warranty period, AND the technician is off that day (even though I asked if they're open for repairs before making the 25 minute drive) I eventually take it to an Apple certified repair shop out of frustration (and not wanting to have to pay for this repair a 3rd time...). Once it's repaired, I'm informed that 'Touch IC' was previously cracked (can only been done when working on an open phone) and that BOTH screws at the bottom (by the charge port) were stripped and just glued in. Now I think I know why they insisted on cash when I picked up the phone (almost an hour late from when it was promised). Please avoid this place. It's the cheapest for a reason. This place tries to scam you. I'd give them zero stars if I could and tried to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I came here a year ago and they fixed my phone for cheap but used cheap parts and my screen had visibly poorer color and resolution but I was cool with that because you get what you pay for. Fast forward to this past December. They tried to charge me $90 for a screen replacement that they charged my parents $50 for the week before. The guy at the counter, Fahad, said that the parts went up in price but after I insisted he agreed to fix it for $50 and that included glass and LCD. Then when they fixed the phone, it now has a big pink halo in the middle of the screen. I showed it to Fahad and he told me that the LCD was bad and that would be another $80. I told him he was supposed to fix both for $50 and then again told me that spare parts had gone up. Screw this place. There are tons of reputable places up and down Harwin. Beware or you'll get taken too. read more

Literally the worst place to get your phone fixed. They "fixed" my a cracked screen and one hour the screen was malfunctioning completely. They refused to give me a refund or fix the phone. Avoid this place they are crooks read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came in here Saturday evening around 545pm to get a Cricket ZTE phone screen replaced. He told me it would be $65 and would take an hour. I said OK. I came back about 700pm. Phone still wasn't ready so I had to wait. The big guy, not sure of his name, was super rude and had a nasty attitude because once I got the phone back I told them the right side of the screen wasn't responding to touch. Told me they were closed and I had to come back tomorrow at 12pm. We came back back Sunday at 2pm and he had an attitude AGAIN and told me the technician doesn't work on Sundays and for me to come back Monday at 12pm with my receipt. At this point, I'm getting the runaround. I left and came BACK again Monday about 230pm. Explained AGAIN what was wrong with the device to a new guy in there. Much nicer than the other guy. Told me it would be an hour and they'd call. They never did. I called them at 725pm and asked was the phone ready. He says yes and that I have 10 minutes to come get it. So I hurried up and made it down there. I walked in the store and the same rude guy was there. He just looked up at me and kept writing and scrolling on his phone. I'm like hello?! He didn't say anything. Didn't acknowledge that I came in the store or even spoke. Just continued writing before putting his phone down then yelled to the back in another language and kept on doing whatever he was doing. Another man( the nice one) came out front and went to the SAME case the rude one was standing in front of, reached in, and pulled out the phone for me. Like really what the hell is that?! He asked me to please check out the phone. I pulled up the keyboard and pressed every last button before I was satisfied the sensors were back working before thanking the nice one and leaving the store. The customer here was absolutely deplorable as well as the runaround for fixing my screen. Would NOT recommend this place whatsoever to anybody!!! read more
