Late at…read morenight, while we were staying at a hotel in College Station, we discovered one of our tires was extremely flat and completely beyond repair. We were stressed and unsure how we'd get back on the road the next day. Terrence responded promptly and came out quickly despite the late hour. He thoroughly assessed the situation, explained our options clearly, and reassured us that he would take care of it. Instead of leaving us stranded, he went above and beyond. Returning the next morning he took the damaged tire back to his shop, sourcing a brand-new tire of the exact same size, and balanced, to install right there in the hotel parking lot. But, it took the both of us, like forever to take the battery out! That battery was locked up like Fort Knox! Anyway, he checked my old battery and it was dead, and it took him about 5 minutes to put it in! AND he saved me about $150 OVER 1-800-Battery! A day or two after I got it back I noticed the power steering wasn't working properly. Frustration gripped me tighter than Homer Simpson strangling his kid. I didn't want to use the same mechanic, especially after hearing one of them used my truck to get their lunch, after I was told it was in a test drive. Then I found this mobile mechanic. Anthony came out, and in less than 30 minutes he had fixed my power steering for $75. I gave him a tip, and was very relieved.
