He contacted me the morning of the event to confirm details, including the meeting place, and arrived there on time. We stopped at and got out at some of the many homes. Some of the displays were synced to music and all of them were incredible in their own way. The bus itself was immaculate and stocked with water, cups and paper towels. The heat was adjustable and we could stream our own music. One consideration ... if you are close to the passenger limit on a party bus, consider booking the next larger bus. The bus we were on was for 11-13 people. There were a total of around 55-65 people that I needed to get transported from Downtown to the 1st Bank Center in Broomfield, CO. The game plan was to meet and start partying around 5pm-6pm then head out to the concert around 8:30pm-9pm at the latest. Then, after the concert, have the same buses get us from 1st Bank Center back to where it all began or to the next bar to keep the party going. This type of an event has a lot of moving parts with a lot of people and opinions involved. The transportation is key and that is where my interaction with 303 Party bus comes into play. I called and spoke to Nick. He is the owner of the company. He was very consultative and wanted to make sure that he got every detail. He spent about 45 minutes on the phone with me as we combed over every single detail. You could tell that he knew how important this piece of the puzzle was for me. He took great care during our conversation and even offered to send a detailed e-mail that confirmed everything that we decided on. I reserved two of their buses for this event and he ensured me that they would arrive promptly at 8:15pm to be ready to transport me and all of my friends. On the night the event I received a call right at 8:15pm to let me know that both buses were parked out front and ready to go when we were. I believe we walked out the front door at 8:45-ish and to my surprise, not only were both buses waiting right outside for us, Nick himself had stopped by to meet me in person and make sure that everything was to my liking. He walked me through each bus quickly and showed me where everything was, that I could possibly need. He introduced me to both drivers and ensured me that they would take care of everything or anything that I could need. After this disaster, I reached out to the company multiple times, politely asking for a partial refund, considering the fact they didn't deliver what we paid for--a bus that could accommodate 30-32 people. We then had to stop at a gas station to buy drinks (and I kid you not, red solo cups - they provided nothing) - the first one was closed so we wasted another hour there. Drinks were supposed to be provided. Most of the party (all but 3) left at the first stop out of pure embarrassment of even being on the bus. The door was cracked most of the ride - quiet and noisy. The ride was bumpy. We dismissed the bus later in the evening and opted to take an Uber home. I raised my concerns to the driver and indicated that I would follow-up with management before paying the final bill. He agreed and apologized for the ride (the driver himself was friendly and understanding). Before I could even call the following day (a Sunday), I received an emailed Square receipt with my signature forged. I discussed with management who refused to budge and disputed the charge. The bank agreed and all was refunded, but this company fought it the entire way. The company has since threatened legal action. I would never use this company again nor recommend to anyone.
