Dream Shuttle is a great way to get to/from Red Rocks! I recently took Dream Shuttles through a safe ride program to a sold out Red Rocks show on a Sunday night. The bus was stocked with water, mixer, cups, and other drinks to enjoy on the way up. We were able to connect to the blue tooth and have music bumping all of the way up- and those speakers got loud! Our driver, Patrick, not only stopped at will call for us and showed us were we would need to pick the bus up after the concert, but he dropped us off at the top of the amphitheater so we could avoid the long lines. On top of that, the buses AC was cranking after the show, which was some welcome relief from the heat! If you've ever been to a show at Red Rocks, you know how long you can be waiting in traffic to leave. Dream shuttles took that frustration and boredom out of the equation and let us party all the way back home. I'd definitely book them again! read more

I recently went to a bachelorette party and one these shuttles was rented. The dream shuttle that showed up was a mall ride not a dream shuttle...literally. We went downtown and saw all the rockin dream shuttle while we rode around in a ugly bus. It was decent looking on the inside and the driver was nice but the radio did fall out each time the driver brakes too hard. I was sitting next to the bride to be so I had to make sure the radio didn't fall on her head! After calling and expressing the disappointment the brides mother was supposed to get a discount but the company has not followed through with that either. I was forced to give them at least one star and If they would have given the discount as promised they would deserve it but since they didn't they really get no stars. If you want a nice dream shuttle like the ones they advertise...look elsewhere. Never again! We booked a shuttle for a friend's birthday only to have the shuttle arrive an hour late, not at all stocked (no drinks, ice, cups, etc. of any kind). There were tiles and linoleum loose on the floor and falling off the steps. Half the speakers were broken and screens didn't work. The entire shuttle was cheap, broken, and in poor condition. The driver apologized and indicated that another bus broke down and they pulled this one out of repair (unfinished). We then had to stop at a gas station to buy drinks (and I kid you not, red solo cups - they provided nothing) - the first one was closed so we wasted another hour there. Drinks were supposed to be provided. Most of the party (all but 3) left at the first stop out of pure embarrassment of even being on the bus. The door was cracked most of the ride - quiet and noisy. The ride was bumpy. We dismissed the bus later in the evening and opted to take an Uber home. I raised my concerns to the driver and indicated that I would follow-up with management before paying the final bill. He agreed and apologized for the ride (the driver himself was friendly and understanding). Before I could even call the following day (a Sunday), I received an emailed Square receipt with my signature forged. I discussed with management who refused to budge and disputed the charge. The bank agreed and all was refunded, but this company fought it the entire way. The company has since threatened legal action. I would never use this company again nor recommend to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere! Literally the worse party shuttle I've ever rented in my life, and an embarrassing experience having tried to arrange a fun birthday surprise for a good friend. read more

I could say soooooo many things about this company, but I think they only statement needed in order to make my point is this: A party bus was rented for a bachelorette party that I attended. What showed up to be our evening's transportation was a MALL RIDE from the 16th Street mall. Not even joking. It literally said that on the bus.... but don't worry, they used duct tape in an attempt to cover it up. I hired Dream Shuttles this past holiday season to take my family around the Denver Metro area to look at holiday lights. The process of booking the bus was very easy and the customer service was great. However, from there, everything went down hill! The first issue was that they were only supposed to charge me for half of the total cost initially, and the other half was to be taken on the day of the service. Unfortunately, they took the total amount within the first 48 hours of the booking (almost 1 month prior to service). The contract said the service would include 4 hours of travel, seating for 20 people, non-alcoholic beverages, water and ice. When the bus arrived, it was clear there was not enough seating for 20 adults (barely enough for 12 adults and 6 children), there was no beverages or ice available, and honestly no where to put it if there had been. The quality of the bus was abysmal! The heat was barely functioning, the windows were horribly tented (which made it impossible to see the holiday lights outside), there was no where to sit our beverages and snacks, and the "decor" was literally falling apart. Upon my return I contacted Nancy to discuss my disappointment with the service and after 4 weeks, I still have not received a response. I would not recommend Dream Shuttle by any means! read more

I have rode to Red Rocks with Dream Shuttles twice this summer and it was a good experience both times. The drivers are professional, accommodating, and nice (even despite a rowdy bunch of party people), and the vehicles clean and in good working condition. The only reason I gave a 3-star review is because the driver was 25 minutes late the most recent time, which made me to panic a little. I called both contact numbers I had been given through the booking process, but no one answered or called me to let me know of the driver's tardiness. The woman working with me to make my reservation withheld the fact she charges a 20% gratuity for 10+ people. I was surprised by the added expense when she presented me with an invoice the day I had to pay (2 days before our event--too short notice to change plans). She should have told me about the additional $140 up front so I could have budgeted for it. She knew how many people were in our group, so she reasonably could have itemized the rental fee and the driver's tip before it was time for me to pay. The 20-passenger bus was narrow and short with a fairly low ceiling, so it was a tight squeeze at capacity. The dance pole was wobbly. The ride was bumpy. The driver was punctual and courteous. Overall: It's a safe way to transport a lot of people who are drinking. Not a good option for partying in. Be wary of hidden fees. read more

I should have known the awesome rate we got there had to be something wrong! I used this company for my moms 50th birthday. By far the worst bus and I've been on a lot of buses! 20 passenger party bus Positive: The drive was nice but.... Negatives: I pulled up to my mother's house and seen the bus. It was raggedy! And had dents! I thought maybe the inside was better. We get inside I would rate it about a 3/10 in the day time. Numerous TVS that were turned off or maybe didnt work no soda and two bottles of water for a bus of 20 people! The pole in the bus was dirty but I didnt want to spoil my moms day. We head to our destination which I sent to the driver and who ever makes reservations but I still had to tell him where we were going a third time. This driver had no sense of direction and we had to literally have someone to sit by him everywhere we went to tell him where to go! He had GPS so IDK what the issue was. He said he has been doing this for 6yrs but he didnt even know how to get from I225 and Parker Rd to Downtown or even to the highway for that matter. This bus wasnt like most buses where you can get up and dance and things of that sort ( it's a party on wheels right?) Wrong! If you stood up you may end up through the windshield it was bumpy. We went to Lone Tree , Centennial, Downtown and Aurora the lady tried to tell me maybe the streets but thats a lot of streets for it to be the streets. Also the door passengers come in wouldn't stay closed! The driver had to keep stopping to close it. I felt so bad for him. When it gets dark outside you can really see how raggedy and old the bus is. One side of the buses lights are blown out, the other side flickers on and off when you hit a bump. The heat doesn't work I dont believe because we were freezing and the driver said the heat was on. It was truly a party bus from hell! They really need to retire that bus it's a pitiful sham how much you pay and this company Didnt even have the decency to keep their inventory up to par! I used Dream Shuttles (Adam is the owner) and Bobbi Ciani was our driver twice this past weekend to go to Phish shows. The one night I had different transportation pretty much sucked. Bobbi was a great driver, very tolerant of our crew and seriously a pleasure to work with. The pink love bus we got the first night wasn't the greatest (too bright and no AC), but the bus we got our second night ROCKED (décor was better and it had AC). And they provided plenty of booze. It was a relief to know that when we got out of the show, Bobbi was there waiting for us, and would continue to wait until the stragglers arrived. We reserved a 20 person bus for a six hour ride on a Saturday over Labor Day. We received confirmation on Tuesday. After that, the company went radio silent. The bus never showed for our scheduled pick up time. Nobody answered the phone when we tried to follow up (over 20 calls). They finally called 3.5 hours later (once we had made plans with another company), but didn't leave a voice mail. Definitely NOT a reliable company!!!! Dreams Shuttles is a must if you are looking for reliable transportation to a concert, show, tour, bar hopping, whatever you really have your heart set on! The owner and drivers are awesome and really lenient - stopped at the gas station and also allowed people to bring their own alcohol onto the bus. They also had their own awesome energy that added to the entire experience. I couldn't imagine having a driver that seemed like he hated his job. He was very communicative, showed up RIGHT on time (even though he had to battle downtown's Parade of Lights traffic) and he was just so accommodating and nice. Well words can't describe my reaction when my sister's shuttle bus arrived to pick us up for her bachelorette party. I am the one that booked it with Nancy and never once did she mention that the "dream" shuttle was actually a white mall ride bus with missing tiles inside and a radio that fell out every time the bus driver would hit the breaks! Oh I forgot to mention this cheap company didn't even paint over the mall ride letters they just felt neon green duct tape surely would do the trick. I went with this company because of the great reviews on here but I can't believe how anyone would pay what we paid for the crap that showed up. Or even be satisfied with the buses. Also the night of the party I called Nancy she said they would give a discount to us that they never did and I said where are the black buses that are on your website? She proceeded to state they don't have black buses even though that is all they have on their website. A little miss leading don't you think? After working with Nancy and confirming my reservation for a 20 person party bus the day of the booking the bus was a no show. I couldn't get in touch with anyone at Dream Shuttles even though I called and emailed several times. I ended up having to call around Denver for a last minute bus since I had 20 people ready to go at our pick up location with no method of transportation. I ended up hearing from Nancy two days later and she apologized profusely and totally took respectability for not entering my reservation correctly. She offered my deposit back and paid for part of the bill for the other bus I ended up renting. I still only give two stars since the no show was extremely frustrating and I was lucky enough to find another bus to save the day, but I greatly appreciated the effort from Nancy to fix the situation after the fact and will likely give them another chance in the future. read more

We took a party bus from Dream Shuttles to Red Rocks for a concert and everything was great. The bus was really nice and clean and a great way to get there. It had a great sound system for jamming on the way there! The driver was very nice and did everything he could to accommodate us. He brought us to the main bus parking area where everyone was hanging out and then just before the concert we all jumped back in and he drove us right up to the entrance. He purchased everything we asked for at the liquor store prior to being picked up. The decor in the bus was super nice, very clean and had a great sound system. After the show, we wanted to head to Denver and catch another late night show. We didn't schedule for it but Mike was super gracious and happy to take us. They were an hour early, ruining the surprise for the bachelorette, then dropped us off earlier then our scheduled reservation time. The driver told us the trash had been vomited in, demanded his tip up front, no cooler, no cups, ice, etc.. so we had to stop and use our time to go purchase one with or money as well. Bluetooth kept failing so we had to pull over and fix it. Horrible experience. Every single one of us was displeased and wish we never included the bus in our evening. read more

Nancy was very helpful when it came to making a reservation. Our driver, Patrick, was nice and always prompt throughout the night. He even helped us with carrying stuff on to the party bus. The only downside was that we were promised there would be a cooler with waters and soft drinks along with cups that I requested and none of that was on the bus. Luckily, we brought our own drinks and cups as well as ice. Something that would help, would've been cup holders in the party bus as it was a bumpy ride. read more
