Obviously fresh, sourdough pizza is a novelty in South Florida so it took off fast They have 4 locations. Two in boca Raton, one in Las Vegas , and this one in Coral Springs. I haven't been to the others, but this location is quaint and has a clean modern aesthetic . Service is phenomenal. All of the staff are super nice and I applaud them for having such a great team. The pizzas are all a tasty sourdough with fresh ingredients. I like the thickness of their crust . Not too thick, and not too thin . The vodka sauce has a nice kick to it and I highly recommend getting that with the dough bites they have . I was greeted as soon as I entered & quickly sat. The servers were all friendly & did a good job at staying on top of things; I always appreciate when my water is kept filled. There weren't many people inside when I was dining so the food came out in a timely manner. Although the Vodka pizza isn't something I'd usually order, I gave it a shot because it sounded interesting. It came out piping hot with a nice even char across the pie. I really enjoyed how the base was crunchy while the crust was remained fluffy. The cheese melted together perfectly. The ricotta & pecorino combined with the mozzarella gave it a unique, yet delicious taste. The crushed red pepper in the sauce gives it a good bit of heat on the backend. The locally-sourced cheese is something you can definitely taste in each bite. There's nothing better than fresh products. It also shows that the owners care about what they serve. Although they're pretty far away from me I'll be sure to stop by whenever I'm in the area. As someone who loves pizza, it's safe to say this is some of the tastiest around. Round two at How You Dough'n and I'm starting to think this place put something in the dough. I went back "just to confirm" it was as good as I remembered. Very responsible journalism. Turns out the first visit wasn't a fluke. It was a warning. Same vibe as before. Walk in, no attitude, no nonsense, just people who seem suspiciously confident about how good their food is. Now I know why. We skipped pretending this time and got right to it. Pizza shows up and it's that same light, airy, perfectly crisp situation that makes you forget portion control exists. This isn't a "save two slices for later" pizza. This is a "how did we finish that already and should we order another" pizza. You don't feel stuffed, you feel accomplished. Like you checked something important off your to do list. And somehow it's even better the second time. You start noticing little things. The balance. The flavor. The fact that every bite tastes like they actually care. It's annoying how good it is. At this point I'm not recommending this place. I'm warning you. I stopped by How Ya Dough'n in Coral Springs since they just opened and I wanted to check them out from all the vids online I've seen about them--and I'm glad I did. Right off the bat, we were greeted by Alex, the store manager, who made an awesome first impression. Super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they're doing. He took the time to explain how their dough is made (sourdough, which is a great touch), shared a bit about how the company got started, and really set the tone for the whole experience. Being in a neighborhood spot like this, that kind of hospitality goes a long way in building a sense of community--so shoutout to Alex for being a great host. The ambiance is modern and on the smaller side, which makes it feel more intimate--something I personally enjoy. As for the food, everything we tried hit the mark. We had the cheese pizza (OG), pepperoni pizza (Classic Pepp & Onion), roasted chicken wings, and a Caesar salad. The pizza had great flavor and a very good crust, definitely above average for the area. The wings were roasted (not fried), with a nice char on them and served naked, which I appreciated. The Caesar salad had a rich, robust dressing that tied it all together nicely. Overall, this is easily one of the better pizza spots in Coral Springs. We'll definitely be back. Service, cleanliness, food was all good. Went on a Sunday early afternoon there was only one other table there before we sat down. We started off with the Cesar salad with grilled chicken. My wife didn't hate it but she also didn't love it. I thought the salad was fresh, flavorful and clean. The dressing was light but flavorful. The parm cheese and croutons were good as well. We also added grilled chicken to the salad. We got the Vodka pizza and it was pretty good. Very much alla vodka but subtle and rich the sourdough crust is thin and crispy. Toppings of the mozzarella cheese, ricotta and percoroni was a pretty good blend. The only knock I had on the pizza was it was cooked well with a burnt bottom which took away from the pizza at times, other than that we'll be back to try another sourdough pizza. 4 G's. read more

Great Pizza, great catchy name, and great service! what more can you ask for. they had may great pizzas to choose from but we opted for the Drunken Balls which was a compilation of mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, meatballs, vodka sauce, and basil so if I had to give it a rating, I would give it a 10 out of 10 because I did the one bite challenge and the undercarriage was perfection we don't like any mushy pizzas over here and everything on that pizza put together was a great pairing. My sister and I came here for dinner for a yelp event. They are doing a soft launch, training staff. The restaurant is small with plenty of outdoor seating available as well. We ordered the dough bites appetizer, which are little dough nuggets in parmesan and oil with a side of marinara. For the main course we had the "drunken balls" pizza which is mozzarella, ricotta, thinly sliced meatballs and vodka sauce (we subbed red sauce). The crust is made of sourdough and is light. Yesterday my boyfriend and I tried out the new location of How Ya Dough'n. We've tried the other location in Boca and I was excited for really yummy pizza to come to Coral Springs. It's small and centrally located on University and Sample. We were greeted and seated immediately. We ordered the Spicy Goose (red sauce) and The Savage (no sauce). I love that their pies are made with sourdough, it was crunchy and had those dough bubbles that I love. I was taken by surprise that I really enjoyed the Spicy Goose, the combo of the three cheeses and pepperoni, soppressata and calabrian chili was like its name, spicy, but really yummy and the pepperoni was crunchy. The Savage was really good, I loved the cheese and pepperoni cups. We asked for honey on the side and it went so well it. They had a soft opening and everyone was so nice. The server was helpful and kind. And the general manager, Alex was friendly and stopped by to check in at every table. We sat outside during sunset and it was really nice. Overall, if you're looking for a casual pizza place that does pizza a little different but super delicious, stop by and try it for yourself I'm sure you'll love it just as much as we did. read more

My hubby and I stopped by and had a pretty good dinner overall. The ambiance was nice and chill, although the music was just a tiny bit louder than my "I'm trying to eat and gossip peacefully" preference. Still, not unbearable. We ordered the wings and a large pizza. The wings were juicy, flavorful, and definitely good, but not quite "I'd fight traffic and spend another $20 immediately" good. The pizza was cooked really well, and the sauce leaned a little sweet, which may depend on your taste buds. One thing that surprised us was the wait time. The restaurant wasn't very busy, so we expected the food to come out a little quicker. Nothing on the menu screamed "this changed my life," but it was still a solid meal and a place we'd add into the rotation when we're craving pizza night without cooking at home. The only real ouch moment was the bill -- about $75, including tip, for wings and pizza felt a bit steep. The kid in the back making the pizza was really nice. Offer me some extra sauces to try without charging me the reward system is very generous. The pizza special is really good for 10 bucks. You get a large pizza, the pizza is actually really good. I just didn't like the burnt crust. I'm not into the char stuff. I wish pizza places would not do that cause all I tasted was the char, next time I'll ask them not to burn it if that's possible and they should work on the smell on the inside when you first walk in they're also when you sit outside, you sit next to a dumpster, which is strange. The location is different because there's no parking lot you have to park in the parking garage and then you validate your parking with the QR code on the front door of the pizza place you get two hours of free parking which is more than enough, but they should advertise their pizza special more they would have way more business. I barely knew about it. You have to ask them about it and make sure you sign up for the Rewards system cause I got a free drink out of it. read more

My son and I went on 4/26/26, didn't realize it was only open for two days. Otherwise I wouldn't have gone until the newness wore off . Was very busy. Did not know that it was thin very thin pizza. Ordered our pizza two separate ones, I wanted sausage extra cheese half pepperoni & half sausages . My son wanted a cheese pizza with added chicken. We were told that it would take 15 but it took 35 plus minutes. my bill was 53 plud tip. When I got home. The whole pizza was sausage and pepperoni no cheese they had added mozzarella slices over the meat. And we had to pay for parking. I lived in the city for 30 something years and I had to park far away so I didn't have to pay for parking. . But it took several times to tell the person that I was ordering what I wanted. The other thing is they do not take cash. Which you don't know until you get to the counter. It was not advertised door or on their website. most of the employees which they were very nice are very young the place is small and it's time to grow but definitely not worth the visit read more
