I was a customer at Tavolino for a few years. The food here did not disappoint. I came for lunch where they have a $25 3 course meal. I ordered the Caesar Salad, chicken cutlet alla vodka sandwich on Chef Bruno's focaccia... so delicious. I also chose the chocolate mousse. Food was great Server had the dining room all to herself although it was lunch with only about 4 tables. She was great as well. My only negative was I asked to take the leftover complimentary bread and olive oil home with my leftover lunch and they did not include the bread. I had even moved it from the bread basket to my plate on top of my sandwich so I can't imagine why they did not include it. The oil was included in a little decanter and all. Was extremely disappointed when I went home to reheat. At the end of the day chef Bruno's food is fantastic and I will def be back to try dinner. read more

Very cozy Italian restaurant in Coral Springs. I had stopped by before for takeout, but didn't realize how small and intimate the place was. The octopus was absolutely delicious -- tender, perfectly cooked, and served with a great salad and sauce. I would come back just for that. The pizza dough was amazing too, and even the cheese pizza from the kids' menu was excellent. The only downsides are that the place is very small, a bit pricey (a regular glass of wine is around $15), and many pizzas include prosciutto, which limits options if you don't eat pork. Livello is fabulous. It is so small and elegant, and people are usually dressed up at least a little bit. It's dark and the ambience is romantic and quiet. The food is exceptional and the portions are pretty large, especially the cake. Today 40 of us went to Livello's for a Garden Club Luncheon. Located in the Michael's Plaza on University in Coral Springs. Our servers were exceptional and attentive! We were served promptly and frequently since it was family style. The food was delicious! We had Caesar Salad, Pear Pasta, and Meatballs as appetizers. We also were served a pasta dish, a Lemon Chicken and a Salmon. For dessert we had Tiramisu, Cannoli, A Cookie and a Mocha Pudding. I highly recommend Livello's for an individual or group meal! We celebrated my 60th birthday here and ever since, this has become my favorite restaurant. Chef Bruno (formerly of Tavalino) is doing remarkable things here. From gorgonzola crusted lamb chops, delectable mussels, house-made pasta, chicken cutlet alla vodka with prosciutto, and of course his famous Sicilian Amaretto cookies, without a doubt, you will find something you love. The menu changes monthly, and the daily specials can't be missed. They serve lunch Tuesday-Saturday from 11am-3pm. The lunch menu has a little bit of everything and right now they are offering a three course lunch for just $25.00. What got my attention, was their new addition of made to order prime burgers to the lunch menu. I love a good burger, and the one I had was amazing. The kitchen even split it for us, which was an unexpected surprise. The small dining room has a cozy yet elegant vibe, that makes every visit feel special. Livello is chef-owned with farm to table concepts. They do catering and I heard their Sunday brunch is fabulous. I recommend making reservations, as they get very busy. We dined at Livello tonight and had an enjoyable experience. We started with the zucchini flowers stuffed with burrata. The dish was well prepared, but I personally wasn't a fan of the burrata served hot I'm more accustomed to it being cold, so that threw me off a bit. For the entrée, we had the prime strip special, which was excellent. It was served with potatoes, sweet potatoes, peppers, and broccoli rabe, topped with a really tasty cheese that tied everything together beautifully. This was definitely the highlight of the meal. Dessert was a custard pie with fruit, whipped cream, and grated dark chocolate. The accompaniments were great and well balanced, but the pie itself was just okay, not bad, just underwhelming compared to the rest of the meal. What truly made the evening memorable was the service. Christina was outstanding, professional, attentive, and genuinely personable. For sure the best service I've had in a long time. Would return, especially for the entrées and Christina! read more

I ordered this pizza online and came to pick it up. It's in a shopping plaza. The pizza was actually very flavorful and I enjoyed the taste. My only issue was that I ordered it well done however it did not seem that way. The bottom of the pizza was rather soft and flimsy. We had another great experience at Livello Italian Restaurant. The atmosphere had a modern upscale feel, but still felt comfortable and welcoming. Sitting near the open kitchen/pizza oven gave the meal a nice energy, and everything that came out looked carefully prepared. We started with a beautiful burrata-style dish with fresh greens, apples, crispy bits, and a great balance of creamy, sweet, and savory flavors. The wine pairing was excellent as well, we had a bottle of Black Stallion Los Carneros Pinot Noir, which worked perfectly with the meal. The entrées were the highlight. The Brooklyn Chicken Cutlet Alla Vodka w/ ravioli... crispy, creamy, cheesy, and definitely not a small portion. The pizza was also excellent, with a great crust, fresh toppings, and that wood-fired flavor you hope for when you see the oven in the background. We finished with Cannoli, which was beautifully plated and a perfect ending without being too heavy. Overall, Livello felt like a place that cares about presentation, flavor, and the full dining experience. Great spot for a date night, family dinner, or a nicer Italian meal without feeling overly stiff. We'll definitely be back. And, on a recent Monday Night (when it is my understanding Livello is closed) a guest chef, Chef Nikol, came in and did a pop up of her Greek food. The bread is so good but I have been known to turn it down to make room for other victuals ... such as my current scallop favorite. Everything is fresh as in someone went shopping first. Amazing from start to finish! They brought us some focaccia bread to start, it's freshly baked in their wood burning oven, just perfect! Started with the pear fiocchi appetizer with Gorgonzola cheese sauce and walnuts. Our waitress, Michelle said it's their signature dish, it's fantastic! Hubby had the short rib cannelloni, he really enjoyed it! I had the linguini Vongole with jumbo shrimp and lump crabmeat, it was amazing! I visited this restaurant on a Wednesday night. Be aware that a credit card is required to secure a reservation, and you'll need to confirm via email on the day of your reservation. On the reservation it asks if you are celebrating anything. I entered that it was one of our parties birthday. Nothing was said by our waiter: Why ask? I didn't say anything while we were there because I was anted to surprise her. The atmosphere inside was lively, but the volume of conversation was extremely loud, making it challenging for those with hearing difficulties. Dining outside might be a better option if you prefer a quieter experience. Our server, Isaac, was efficient but lacked enthusiasm. He presented the available steaks and recommended the most expensive option as his favorite. The wine pours were generous, but it felt like he was pushing for an additional sale rather than genuinely recommending a pairing. Notably, he didn't ask about food allergies, which seemed like an oversight. The food, however, was a highlight. We enjoyed: * Livello's Whipped Ricotta ($28): rich and flavorful *. Pear Fiocchi | 21|: can't go wrong with flavor, however the portion was small * Pollo Al Martini ($40): very good and plentiful * Spicy Rigatoni Lobster alla Vodka ($48): good, although possibly missing salt and a bit more lobster. Exceptional!! Wow!! I would never expect such a nice restaurant like this to be tucked in the plaza it's located in, so don't let the location fool you. I really hope they stay around because I cannot wait to go back again!! The staff = chefs kiss! As soon as my mom and I walked in and were greeted by the two sweetest girls (one's name is Jamie like myself), you just know they're going to treat the guests wonderfully (I would say they treat you like family - not the family that fights - but the family that is supportive and loving). The atmosphere is cozy and feels so comfortable, yet fancy and classy. It's not a huge place, which is great, but enough space and room to accommodate 2 people for date night or 10 for a birthday at a table. There is also seating outside and at the bar facing the open kitchen. **Note: they do not serve liquor!** The food .... MY GOODNESS. From start to finish everything we ordered was freakin' fantastic. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the lobster in my pasta; it was a bit fishy and tough, but still edible enough. I would just order something else the next time I go because the short rib my mom had was insanely tender and delicious. Because everything is homemade/made to order and you can certainly tell how high-quality the food is, it does take some time to get to the table, but it is so worth the wait. Order yourself a bottle of wine and just hang out and enjoy watching other peoples amazing dishes come out as you wait for yours. We didn't have any room for dessert, but we did see one of the girls walking out with a carrot cake that seriously made my jaw drop to the floor! Went there tonight without a reservation and luckily they sat us. Started off with delicious warm bread and tasty oil. Our Wagyu meatballs were very tasty with marinara sauce and whipped ricotta. But the ricotta with honey, strawberries, balsamic glaze , and prosciutto was one of the best appetizers I ever had. Great bottle of Chianti Balfi which for a restaurant it was priced ok. Wife had pressed chicken cutlet parmigiana with ravioli and I had cavatell with sausage and broccoli rabe. Great dinner but it's not cheap! My friends and I had a great night full of laughs and delicious food. We started with the Next Level Burrata Crocante which lived up to its name! Last evening, I tried Livello Italian Bistro in Coral Springs, FL. As often as I have gone to the shopping plaza that this restaurant is located in to shop at Doris's Italian Market, I never noticed this restaurant. Livello's was opened in December, 2023. My only regret was that I didn't know about this restaurant sooner. It is not a large restaurant, so I would recommend a reservation as the restaurant fills up fairly quickly. I ordered the Branzino with lump crab topping. It was absolutely delicious and the portion size is large. That would explain why people were walking out with bags as I was walking in. My daughter and son-in-law both decided to try the pizza that was also on the menu. They bring out bread with olive oil and herbs first. My son-in-law and I both ordered wine first which was also very good. The restaurant is slightly pricey with entrees ranging from the thirty dollar level to their very large pork chop (wrapped in prosciutto) which is priced at $95.00. This restaurant compares in price to Eddie & Vinny's Coastal Italian restaurant (also in Coral Springs), but Eddie and Vinny's is much larger. The service was also very good. The restaurant has an open kitchen, so you can see your food being prepared. Whether a special occasion or you want a fine meal, I DEFINITELY recommend this restaurant! read more

Each piece of seafood was fresh and flavorful with a portion size that was impossible to finish. The desserts were insane as the "Grand Finale!" This is a relatively new restaurant, by a popular chef that decided to go on his own. My wife really wanted to try it. We showed up without a reservation, and apparently one is recommended. Luckily it was a bit late, around 9 PM and they were able to accommodate us, with the warning that the kitchen would close in about an hour. The place small and intimate, with a elegant ambiance and friendly service. Our waitress was helpful and answered our questions with a smile. I started with a lobster bisque that was excellent! We had a couple of glasses of a good Argentinian Malbec wine, and a delightful sea food dish for two. Wow! That dish was excellent. There was such a variety of flavors and textures. Every bite was a journey of flavors. They offered a dessert after, but sadly we didn't have any room for it. If you are in the area looking for a fine dinning experience, this is a great choice. This place was fantastic I want to go back as soon as possible. They make their own breads, pastas and desserts. The server also said they rotate their menu about every 4-6 weeks. I love that they try new things. I got the French onion short rib dip, it was very good but very heavy. I only ate half and wish it had come with a salad. I took the rest home and look forward to eating it later. My mom got the chicken ceasar sandwich and it was phenomenal. The chicken was crispy but the ceasar dressing and lettuce were so light and fresh. Very well balanced. My dad got the wild mushroom pasta. It was also very good. Their pasta was cooked perfectly. The wine list looked excellent and I enjoyed the glass I got. They have fancy wine glasses which always tells me I'm in good hands. The server was very knowledgeable and attentive. It was a weeknight at 8:00 pm so it wasn't busy. The restaurant is quite small, but quaint. Tastefully decorated. I especially loved the wine glass display and the copper pizza oven. We were served delicious flat bread complimentary to start. I didn't get an appetizer since we were told they closed at 9:00 pm. I got a glass of a Chilean Carménère, which was very good. They have a nice wine selection. My husband had a lobster bisque soup which he loved. We went for the special; Sea food risotto for two, which was hands down the best I have ever had.
