    Pepperoni pizza

Def a stand out pizza spot. Regular pizza place size with seating inside to dine. The staff is nice. The pizza is one of the best in the area. I would recommend trying Brooklyn style as they get a nice little char to it and add fresh basil and grabs padana aged cheese sprinkled on top

Great pizza, fried ravioli, and chicken parm. Found this place through yelp and it deserves the stars. The workers were friendly and told us about the food. Really enjoyed it.

as of right now they have best pie in South Florida. Food was amazing knots and wings were fire, pizza second to none. The people are amazing best staff give them a raise. My only complaint was the wings because they were little that's all.

It is a small one bay restaurant, and if you want one or two slices of pizza, you are sort of stuck with what they have on display. This is different to a lot of pizzerias where you can order plain slices and add the toppings. The restaurant is located in a strip center on Federal Highway and there is somewhat limited parking. I tried a slice of pepperoni pizza and it was somewhat spicy. I like spicy food, but I wouldn't recommend it for most people.

4.5 Stars - Really good local spot for pizza and more! Peter's Pizza in Pompano Beach has become one of our go to places for a NY Style pie. Their eggplant parm is also over the top perfectly crispy, layered with rich sauce and melted cheese, and full of flavor. The Pompano Beach location appears to be larger than the Boca store (more seating including outdoor tables too). There's plenty of parking. Place your order and grab a seat a the counter or one of their community tables. You can tell they put real care into it everything they do from making their dough, the cheese they use and selection of pies. Great food, friendly service, and consistently solid quality. Highly recommend stopping in, especially for a slice or the eggplant parm.

Peter's continues to impress. The pizza is maybe the best in Florida, but don't overlook the rest of the menu. The Walnut Salad w/Arugula was so amazing last time, needed another fix... perfect. First time trying their pasta... Rigatoni with Vodka Sauce and Meatballs... great! Had a Pepperoni Pizza and added Ricotta to half the pie. Awesome! If you love pizza, you HAVE to check this place out. Peter is amazing... if you watch his Instagram videos you'll get a good idea of his passion for pizza and his dedication to making the best pizza... and more. You'll also be introduced to some of his staff... Nick (expert pizza maker) and Daria (works the front counter) talking about the restaurant and having some fun. It's a good introduction to the restaurant and the bond you'll feel the employees have for each other as well as their customers. TIP: If they have the fantastic Raspberry Bars they make (they sell out fast)... get one! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - SPECIAL PLACE

Still the best pizza around BY FAR. We had the Blanca (white) pizza with ricotta and shredded mozzarella last night. It was to die for. The crust is perfectly cooked. Peter knows dough and high quality ingredients. This might be my new fave pizza off the menu. Also, not long ago, I had the eggplant rollatini appetizer. The portion is so generous, I had two meals out of it. The Sicilian part of me is very happy to have such a fabulous Italian spot so close by. Plus, the people who own and work here are so kind. They treat you like family.

Phenomenal everything!! Pizza, sandwiches, meatballs, salads, pasta, calzones, Stromboli, rice balls, chicken wings, vodka sauce, etc... and the list goes on and on! Forget all the other so called New York style pizza places. Peter's wins 1st place hands down. Great staff! Peter, Nick, Daria ...and the rest of the staff not only are so talented but inviting and make you feel like your with family eating your meals. I also appreciate them accommodating me with my food allergy issues. No dairy or oil on my pizza and it still came out phenomenal!

    WHITE PIE

Strong five stars earned at Peter's Pizzeria. Not sure if they served slices but we took a chance. Upon entry I noticed several artisan pizzas on display and knew this was the place for a slice. The owner told me that he had a White Pizza coming out of the oven right now and was a top seller. The piping hot pizza looked amazing with loads of ricotta cheese sparsely topped with basil. This creation needed to be in my belly quickly. We ordered an epic slice for $6.00 which is on the higher end but you always pay an extra few bucks for a specialty slice. He cut the slice in half to share with my wife. The dark charred undercarriage gave that first bite a nice crunchy sound with the sweet creamy ricotta cheese to follow. We loved it. The bathroom was clean with blue tiled walls and blue speckled flooring.

Wife and I were craving a late-night bite and came into Peter's Pizzeria around 10pm on a Saturday. First time here and saw the solid Yelp reviews and figured why not. Let me just say, South Florida doesn't exactly overflow with proper pizza places... The place had a bunch of slices to choose from. I went with the long hots & sausage (couldn't pass that up) and also grabbed a Sicilian because I needed to know if they could nail the thick cut. Wife kept it classic with pepperoni. All three were solid. Like really solid. Turns out the owner's from Long Island, so it's LI style. What' they've have is a dough room that supposedly replicates Long Island tap water. The dough & crust...Crisp on the bottom, nice chew, none of that soggy stuff like others around town. They're also using San Marzano tomatoes too, which you just don't see much in South Florida pizza. Guy behind the counter was super friendly. Asked if it was our first time, then tossed us a few bonus slices!! Grandma's pie, a white slice, and another Sicilian. Worth a star for that alone! We took bites of everything, and honestly...Not a bad slice in the bunch. My long hot-sausage one was my fav! Could've eaten a whole tray of that. Chatted a bit, they've only been open 8 months. Fingers crossed they stick around. I've already told a few people and we'll definitely be back (or ordering in). Friendly crew, killer dough, and close to home. As someone with a pizza palate trained in the Northeast, this spot makes the cut. One of the rare South Florida places that actually gets it right. Pizza rotation: updated

Finally, I hit the jackpot and was able to drop in. And jackpot it was. The Atmosphere: The outside looks like a place that's been closed for years but, don't let the outside fool you, this place is for real! The inside is also the bare minimum with two large (3-4 people) and three small (2 people) tables, counter service and a small accoutrement table. Bare minimum would be the words that come to mind. The Service: Although, as I previously mentioned, the only service is counter service, the service was five star. The young man was informative and, with the multitude of toppings, extremely helpful. Our orders came quickly in about 10 minutes. The Food: The sign says sour dough pizza which I've never had but, why not. And so, we ordered three small 14" pizzas; one Margarita pizza, one Calabresa pizza and one Spinach and Goat Cheese pizza. All were fantastic! Super toppings, great crust (my lovely bride never eats the crust and she not only ate hers but tried, unsuccessfully I might add, to finish off mine), everything totally fresh! The only issue... there wasn't enough goat cheese on the Spinach and Goat Cheese pizza. We let the staff know about the issue and it was rectified immediately! The Bottom Line: As with all my reviews, my bottom line or "customer so what" is would I come back? The answer is an emphatic yes! You'll enjoy one of the best pizzas around.

Going in the first thing I noticed was how amazing the smell of the pizza was. The staff were friendly and helpful in explaining the choices. Food - 10/10 My partner and I ordered a half and half Pizza. He's basic and just got cheese, while I guess I'm extra and got the Calabresa. It has the best and freshest ingredients by far on any pizza I've ever had. The sausage was so good and you could tell the pizza was made tender love and care. This pizza to me is smack your mama level of pizza! My partners only complaint was that a little of my ingredients got on his side of the pizza. (More on this below.) Allergy - 10/10 The staff was considerate of my food allergies and friendly. I'm not sure if they have gluten free options as I don't have this allergy but I'm sure if you call a head they can answer any questions you may have. Environment / Ambiance - 10/10 The place is cute, comfortable, quant, and cozy. We didn't feel cramped and there was a steady stream of customers throughout our time there. Restrooms - There didn't appear to be any restrooms / we also didn't ask. I would say make sure you use the restroom before you go or order it for pickup and take it home with you. This is probably my biggest gripe. Being out of town not sure how common this is. Sensory - 10/10 Sight - the light level was well lit and not overwhelming. Clean and not overwhelming with lots of unnecessary items. Smell - clean and fermented pizza smell. Touch - the chairs were comfortable with some cloth fabrics. Sound - below Noise Level - 10/10 Place doesn't have any music playing which is what I prefer. I don't like to not be able to have conversation with others. LGBTQ+ Rating - 8/10 Me and my partner didn't receive any stares or any harassment or feel uncomfortable. No support signage visible. Would Be Back / Would Recommend - we ended up going back the next day. My partner and his mom ended up getting a cheese by themselves and I got the same as I got before. I do which they had smaller / individual size options. I would highly highly recommend this place to others as it was the best pizza I've had by far in my entire life (40 years). The reviews were so positive that my husband and I decided to give it a try, and we are so glad we did. We just found our new pizza spot! The food was amazing. We ordered a pepperoni Sicilian pizza, six garlic rolls, and two mini cannolis. Pizza: Outstanding. I love Sicilian style, and while it is thick, the crust to topping ratio was just right. It was not too bready at all. The sauce and cheese were delicious, and each slice had four pepperoni, which was great distribution. Garlic rolls: YUM. These are perfect. My favorite thing at any Italian restaurant is garlic rolls, and these hit every mark. Soft on the inside with a slight crisp on the outside, and perfectly seasoned with parsley, garlic, butter, and Parmesan. We only ordered six to try them, and the moment I saw them I knew I should have ordered more. Cannolis: These are one of my favorite desserts. They were good, but did not wow me. That may be because the pizza and garlic rolls stole the show. I do wish they had been finished with powdered sugar, chocolate drizzle, or chocolate chips. I am not sure what is most traditional, but I am used to seeing at least one of those, so it felt like something was missing. We ordered at 4:00 pm on a Friday, and the food arrived at 4:31 pm, even though we live about 18 to 20 minutes away. I was very impressed with the speed and the freshness. Everything arrived piping hot. Highly recommend!
