It ended up sitting on the market until March 2013. Nobody wants to buy a house that needs 50k + is was a beautiful house with great views but i am glad i didnt buy it. I had done my research and i knew that i could buy a house for less than 15k if i was willing to spend many hours looking. The market was glutted with foreclosures in early 2012.
