I had a very disappointing experience with this business after purchasing a Groupon for a massage…read more In order to book the appointment, I was required to use and redeem my Groupon code upfront. I booked my appointment weeks in advance and planned my schedule around it. Shortly before the appointment, the business rescheduled me without notice to a different day that I was not available. When I explained that I could not make the new date and asked to keep my original appointment, I was told the therapist was "at maximum capacity." I even offered to pay the difference in person if needed, but they still refused to honor the original appointment. At that point, I asked to reschedule or receive a refund since the service I paid for was never provided. The business refused both options, stating it was their policy, and then stopped responding to my messages entirely. To summarize: they require Groupon codes to be redeemed just to book, then refuse to reschedule or refund if they cancel or change the appointment. I paid for a service that was never rendered and was left with no resolution. I understand protecting staff and policies, but customers should not lose their money when the business is unable to provide the service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using a Groupon here or booking at all unless you're willing to risk losing your payment.
