After seeing how my mom was treated in person, it's clear that this is a much bigger problem than just one bad interaction. As a customer, I came here expecting professional service, not to have a family member treated with disrespect simply because she doesn't speak English fluently. Language barriers should be met with patience and basic human decency, not hostility.
