For the facial portion: Mindy was terrific and knowledgeable in her craft. I would have been happy to move that money to facials or something else, but they refused and only offered the laser treatment. There are a lot of med spas out there. My recommendation is to check out another place.

If this is a self-operated service, it needs to be clearly stated before booking so people can decide if they are comfortable with that. This experience did not feel safe or professional.
