I've never had a problem reaching anyone in an emergency, they really listen and work with you to find solutions. They return calls promptly, and see us fairly close to our scheduled appointment time. Happily discussed pros/cons of issues from vaccinations to circumcision. Very easy to talk to. Our physician is Dr. Noel, but we've had experiences with most of the other doctors as well, and they've always been stellar. I really cannot say enough about the medical staff. The *only* reason my review is a 4 and not a 5 is one of the receptionists....she is cold, blunt, to the point of being rude. She has been with the practice as long as I can remember and I've always dreaded dealing with her. But all of the other staff and friendly and immensely helpful. Definitely worth working around her for the level of care we receive.

His dedication to every patient is something you just don't see in other medical settings. You are not a just another patient and he is very thorough at every visit. I did not care for her office or her bedside manner when dealing with my child. The last straw was when she called in a medicine that she knew my daughter was allergic to, and she argued with the pharmacist about it to the point where the pharmacist said " you need a new doctor". That being said I'm all about second chances. Wish I wasn't after today's visit. Our appointment for my younger boy was at 10:30. The PA did measurements and vitals then showed us to the exam room. After a half hour of waiting for the doctor I asked the receptionist if the doctor would be in soon. I was then informed that dr. Davis wasn't even in the office yet! A small office shared with her husband with some very shady looking patients that looked catatonic. I asked if I could use the restroom and was shown to a small restroom. I did my business in there and another "patient" used the facility after me. The doctor showed up over an hour late and spent a total of 5 minutes with my child. On our way out the PA had the nerve to ask me if next time I could use the outside bathroom as if I damaged or ruined their crummy little restroom. She said "I have to clean that mess". I made no mess. I was also shown to that bathroom which wasn't clean when I entered and was in the same shape when I left. Poor girl had to clean a bathroom of 20 square feet. That should be done every day anyway. My next visit will be to pick up my child's medical records and tell them in person what I think. If there is a better forum for medical reviews out there I will find it and use it. Don't take your precious children to this insane asylum of a medical practice.

We met with Dr. Keswick for her first appointment and we were so happy with our choice. She was informative, kind, and personable. She was able to answer all of our paranoid-new-parent questions and did so without judgement. We've visited her multiple times since and every time we've been given the same level or respect and understanding. It can be scary having a baby for the first time and having someone guide you through is invaluable. We love Dr. Keswick! Everyone at the office has been great. We've never felt uncomfortable and we've never had to wait very long. I've loved all of the hardworking nurses as well. We've also met with Dr. Mileikowsky and she was so pleasant. She was there with us on the day my daughter had to get her 2-month vaccines and was so understanding of my worry about my daughter being uncomfortable and in pain. We've received such helpful advice from here that there's no need to go into a frenzied Google-search. They're just a phone call away. I've appreciated all of their breastfeeding and general mom-care advice too. I never realized the important role a pediatrician would play in my daughter's life.
