They have many drs so ur always able to be seen. Very accommodating. I've messed up apt.times twice and they just squeezed new in same day and were awesome about it. I've always been sceptical about a male Dr for my kids but Dr.Maltz is the best. He's kind, smart, he listens to toe concerns and even my own recommendation for my son who has severe ADHD where other doctors have given me a hard time about him or have been overly nosey our just rude. And! I've breastfed all of my little chickadees so I thought I knew everything there was to know about breastfeeding and I don't remember what it was but he had made an excellent suggestion and was knowledgeable about weight gain and load in beginning due to jaundice. They even have 2 separate waiting rooms. One for sick kids and one for healthy kids. And 2 offices close by. I love them!

His dedication to every patient is something you just don't see in other medical settings. You are not a just another patient and he is very thorough at every visit. He will answer and explain any questions that you may have. I especially appreciate that sometimes medication is not required (viruses) and he will only prescribe when appropriate. When my son born and hospitalized Dr. Ghoreishi visited many times and followed his care closely. He is the favorite Pediatrician of many of our friends for those reasons too!

Let's start with calling the practice. As no one here ever answers a phone, you will be treated to the longest recorded message I've ever had the displeasure of listening to. Leaving a message with staff more often than not accomplishes nothing. Trying to get routine forms for schools, summer camps, etc. is also an exercise in futility. A few years ago, after being ignored by both phone and fax, I simply parked myself in the waiting area and told the staff that I would be there until they provided what I needed. That worked, but who should have to do that? The last straw was waiting for three hours to be seen by a doctor. To be clear, we did not have an appointment - and while this wasn't quite an emergency, going to the ER was an option on the table - but we decided to go to the walk-in clinic at 8:00 AM instead. I think three hours is a bit. barring some extraordinary circumstances. It's a shame, but I am making an appointment for my son at another pediatrician's office as I write this.

I found her through my insurance and considering she is the only female obgyn on the island I decided to go with her. I called and there was no answer so I left a message. Later that day when I was out they called me back and left a message for me to call them back. The next day I called them back and again left a message. They called back later that day after I scheduled an appointment with a different doctor. So why 1 star? Well unless you have time to sit around and wait for their phone calls good luck. Also is this really a good doctor? I mean I could be 30 weeks along and what if I had a complication and called them to ask about it? I would have to again wait around for them to call me back, not really comforting.

It's located…read moreright by the mall in the adjacent medical office complex (kind of like a mall for doctors offices, they even have a food place!). Everyone at the office has been friendly and helpful. I'm always seen within 5 minutes of my actual appointment time, which is pretty impressive (or so I'm told!). Doctors/PAs/NPs have always been patient, helpful, and courteous. Can't recommend them enough!
