Several attempts and so many calls to the owner John of the company. 1st replacement window was broken by an employee at the office location, 2nd window was defective and crew actually started tearing out the wrong window in my home. John never has available times for an installation and the one time we actually have an appointment, the window is defective and the window was not even covered just strapped in the back of a work truck. Ashley said to bring them over and they might be able to run them through the polisher a few times to take care of this issue while I waited. She didn't know they had been sitting at Cheerful for a week; it was just how HEK does things. I got tied up and couldn't get over there until about 15 minutes before they closed. Everyone was extremely pleasant and took care of my things in a few minutes. Could not have been a better experience! I don't expect things this fast every time but it was great to see. Ashley and the guys in the back were as nice as could be! They have a sign up that you can choose two of these three: Fast, Good, Cheap. Hate to tell them but they proved it wrong today!
