He's lied to all the tenants saying he's been trying to get it turned on for the past week but National Grid said he never paid the bill! Unfortunately he bought our property and it's been hell ever since, the outside grounds look like a 3rd world country, homeless people were living in our basement and now we have been without heat and hot water for a week now! And to make matters worse, he hasn't contacted any of us to keep us informed about what's going on. He doesn't care about the tenants who make up his properties, only the money! Beware if he purchases your apartment building!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!
