So i was in the area and swung by the office to make an appointment. The receptionist says you can't do it in person you have to call this number. I replied that is the number to this office and she said yes pick option 1. So I go outside call the number(no option 1btw) and watch the same lady make the appointment with me over the phone. I am like why couldn't you make the appointment while i was standing in front of you it still makes no sense. On top of that i am in pain an my appointment is 8 days away.

They're extremely knowledgeable, kind, and they always have the best suggestions and the most helpful advice after a service has been completed. The way they break things down to my husband and I is absolutely amazing and one of the many reasons we love going there all the way from Hampton (yes, there's an Aspen in Hampton, but we prefer this location because of them). And I can't forget that it's always so clean. This is by far the nicest dentist office I've ever visited!

He explained everything to me and told me I would be well taken care of. I've had a few bad dental visits in my past just for cleanings so I was scared out of my mind to have my wisdom teeth pulled. Dr. Szakaly made me feel at ease. Yesterday was my second procedure and I feel almost normal. During both procedures, his staff were aware of my nervousness and the fear of having the mask on for the oxygen. Someone was always there by my side comforting me and telling me I was doing great. At my second appointment they brought out my previous X-rays and mentioned another tooth had the same dark spot... but only mentioned the one at the original appointment. Then they had a new dentist look at me and I got a denied claim from my insurance because the new dentist was not filed under them in their paperwork. I called to ask to fix this and my claim got denied a second time for them being listed under the wrong address. I finally received an accepted claim but I went in for just a cleaning and I have to pay out of pocket for something they put in the claim even though delta dental covers cleanings. This place feels like they are trying to scam patients and find issues that do not actually exist and cause insurance issues to force you to pay out of pocket. Will not be going back.
