Then they had a new dentist look at me and I got a denied claim from my insurance because the new dentist was not filed under them in their paperwork. I called to ask to fix this and my claim got denied a second time for them being listed under the wrong address. I finally received an accepted claim but I went in for just a cleaning and I have to pay out of pocket for something they put in the claim even though delta dental covers cleanings. This place feels like they are trying to scam patients and find issues that do not actually exist and cause insurance issues to force you to pay out of pocket. Will not be going back.
