Horrible Office Management. I requested my sons records and waited the 30 days the office has to…read moreeither provide the records or give a written notice of a delay. After 30 days and not receiving my sons records the office Manager tried to make excuses regarding office policy as the reason I had not received my sons records. Office policy does not supersede HIPPA requirements. At first I was only able to recieve a few xrays which were also sent to a third party who was not included on my record request as an individual to recieve these records. The office Manager informed me that it was office policy that when records are requested to also send a copy of those records the the contact individual listed in their files, even if that individual is not the patient themselves. After significant back and forth with the Office Manager I finally received a small portion of my sons records but not the full file like i requested. Most of the files sent to me could not even be viewed. These files were sent to me at 5:00 on the dot when their office closes so I am forced to wait over the weekend in order to address the fact that I still have not recieved my sons records. I do not think the timing of that email is a coincidence. I have filed a complaint with HIPPA and have all the email correspondence and recordings of the phone calls with the office staff so that I have proof of the abysmal behavior of the individuals working at this office.

I am not sure where the disconnect is but 1- they do not communicate well if you are a former customers. 2- they charge you for service upfront and you pay out of pocket for the service before they file with the insurance. That is my issue that state they have sent it over. I have checked my insruance account and the info is not there. I emailed last week asking for my documents electronically by the end of day and got nothing. I then called and left a message the following day. Asking they send it over. They haven't. I spent 4500 on 1 tooth to be repaired. Now I am in lost between the paper trail of where I get my reimbursement. I have tried not to place blame on them but this is ridiculous. I will not recommend their service as a former patient. Current patient teated extremely well, as a former who wanted to use them again. I will not and I will not recommend them. If you are looking for a bio-dental be prepared to pay up front and possible have insurance issues if you deal with them and be out of money. This has been on going since 28 Aug and it's now Dec 7.

He did so for me even though the tooth he worked on had a root canal and could not feel pain any more. I had to get a crown worked on right before surgery and he got me in and worked out a fix in order to avoid any dental issues being a problem. He tries to keep costs down and is so nonchalant about it. I trust him with my and my daughter's teeth and would recommend him to any and everyone. So when I go in two weeks ago for a crown, I was told incorrectly over the phone what I was to expect for the appt., being told one day for the procedure, and then in person that it would be a two visit process. The doctor, I assume, never introduced herself, asked me and hour later after I was in the room waiting, "are you ready to get this party started?" She then explains I'm going to get a "tree stump," IOWs, a post, I know this from a previous tooth. Tells me I'm going to have a plastic cap for 3 weeks while the crown is being made, and it will be mailed to me, not the office, for the second visit. Red flags galore, over an hour late in seeing I. The room, unprofessional interaction, godawful office space, didn't look remotely current with the equip. Staff coming in and out rummaging for supplies as I waited. No apology for being late. Officer manager quotes me 4 weeks until the second visit, contradicting whomever spoke to me prior. Spider sense, gut feeling, fight or flight, I said no thanks, and left. I went to a different dentist that is out of network and it was well worth the money. Don't skimp just because the dentist is covered by your insurance. Go with who's great, not sure hat obviously felt like to was going to be a horrible experience.

The dental equipment machines look rusty and paint chipping off. They are so tightly booked solid my hygienist said she needed to use the restroom but didn't have time to. The doctor did not feel my neck and jaw to detect cancer. The hygienist did not have the standard extra person to call out the 3,2,2,1 gum health numbers to which slows down the appointment.

I am the only person in the reviews who's noticed that the office doesn't answer their phones. You also see my first name clearly at the top of my review. Rather than calling, I went in to see my doctor after a weekend in pain. I was informed "that he was going into a procedure," and the staff member escorted me back to her desk. I explained my issue, which was that from the medicine I was finally prescribed, I had an infection. I had an emergency, and the care I received when I was in the office didn't extend to after-hours.  Providing exceptional customer care and service can't be your top priority when, in fact, your phone calls--I know "customer" calls--go straight to voicemail. I sit in the office at every visit, and I do not hear or see anyone answer a phone call. No one. As the staff member listened to my concerns, in hindsight another staff member (brunette, with a ponytail) came and sat right next to us. Pretending to stare at the computer screen, "being nosey" and "eavesdropping," which was unprofessional, especially when your customer realizes what you were doing. On the contrary, this woman could have been answering the phones. This is a pretty large office, and it looks like they have ample enough staff that could also cover the phones, as in other smaller dental offices with smaller staff. Whenever I ask why phone calls are going directly to voicemail, I get this look as if the individual doesn't know how to answer because I've heard all the lack of excuses. As here, you're telling me to call the office, but you don't answer the phones.
