In short he told me that I could come and get my car.I told him not to touch it I will be right there to pick it up. I took my car to Silver Star Mercedes Benz auto repair. I had picked up a huge rock in my wheel. They removed the rock and didn't charge me a dime. I will never take my car to Techway again. Yes they are over charging people or over diagnostics same thing. Either way they are taking your money.

I asked him for an estimate before buying the parts, but he didn't offer one. When he got to our house to start I asked again for an estimate, to which he replied "I'll be fair ". When the job was done, 3 hours later he asked for $400. I was shocked, but paid him anyway. That's about 135/ hr. In my view, that's a lousy way to do business-especially when dealing with a repeat customer.

He not only did things right, the first time, he checked things, that were overlooked for years. He always contacted me first, to clear any new maintenance that should be done.
