The vet tech (Mel) was a real sweetheart and made me feel as though she loved my Muffin as much as I did. Then Dr. Mannes came into the room - he is AWSOME!! For some reason the delivery defaulted to the next day which was not going to work. I contacted the petsmart website customer service and they were zero help. So I called the actual store where the delivery was to come from. I spoke to the mgr Ashlyn. She was very kind, listened to my issue and had great empathy for what was happening and how desperately I needed the supplies that day. She went above and beyond making sure I got my order, even waiting for the delivery driver who showed up right at closing time. She even called me to let me know he was on his way. Ashlyn showed great compassion for the emergency situation I was in with my sick kitty and made it her mission to make sure we got what we needed. I so appreciate what she did for us. She deserves to be commended for heroic deeds.

I have been a loyal customer for at least 4 years, buying all food, leashes, collars, toys, and other items from them exclusively. Having three dogs, I considered myself a good customer. I purchased three toys. The first one was a lamb, my small dog played one night with it and the squeaker inside broke. The other two had the tags on them and never left the store bag. The next day, I returned to the store to exchange the defective toy and return the others. I was informed that the owner would not let the clerks accept any toy returns, not even the defective one. When a store has a no return policy, it should be displayed in a prominent location. As a result they have lost my respect and future business.
