I had a really bad experience working with Steve I transfer my case to him and I ask from the start…read more the supplement medical report on this case and he only did 4 depositions and he flip the case in our favor but continue to ignore my suggestion and he try to take it to court on the first hearing he did not signed he was our lawyer and the judge decline to hear our case and then after 5 months we went to another hearing and I asked him to change courts to Los Angeles Court house and he did and in the hearing I got another low ball offer and the defense attorneys asked for supplemental medical report and he decline to do it and the third time in January we went again to court and again I got another low ball offer on my case and again the defense keep asking his assistant that went to the last two hearing for supplemental medical and I decide to fire him because he was costing the case from $50,000 to $75,000 less and I found and attorney that made all the corrections on this case and even negotiate much higher than Steve and his assistant he frustrate me and my family for the entire time and made a lot bad recommendation to us. I felt after we fire him the defense attorney knew that will not settle for low ball offers and start to make bigger offer to settle this case. Steve also did not transfer my case to the new attorney right away after the new attorney send transfer file request same day I hire him and I had to email Steve and his manager and assistant to transfer the case because the the defense schedule another hearing in 45 days. It was a horrible experience and his manager and assistant did not want take my calls refer all calls to Steve and he is only available on Fridays knowing this case it's priority from day one I hire him and he told he would be able to max out the case that was lie he got 4 low ball offers for not doing his job correctly that end of the story in this case I had to get 10 second opinions on his recommendations from other attorneys because it was bad and I felt he did not want work any longer in the case and just seating there for months doing nothing I asked in August 18,2023 to again do supplemental medical report with all evidence and he came up with excuses that did not make sense to us after getting second opinions and I fire him at the end. I had a really bad experience deal with him his manager and assistants they did not want help us anymore. We got all emails, text messages that everything in this review is correct and the new attorney fix all the work he did not want to do. He was a really bad attorney in this case and I got everything to proof. My current attorney has done more work in 45 days that he did in a year, he order all medical records from 8 doctors, made corrections on the case and is negotiating higher settlement that Steve and his assistant. He send me and the new attorney a lien on February 22,2024 and we don't even have the file to my new attorney that was send by him the same day I fire Steve 01/24/2024. I will file a formal complain to BBB because this guy gave us nothing but bad recommendations and had the case for 1 year and did not fight to max out the benefits. This was an awful experience over all to me and my family. We got proof in everything I have in this review.
