I`m having a hard time getting over this, but I need people to know, I had Tumbletown in Warwick RI. Pickup and Delivery service for a few weeks and then 3 weeks ago they delivered my weeks load of laundry to someone else and they don`t know who they delivered it to, I was waiting at my door with a $5 tip and a check for the service to deliver my laundry in my hand, so they did not leave It in the hall unattended for someone to steal. The Owner and his Loyal Employee`s stopped taking my calls, stopped picking up my laundry. The owner did tell me he would reimburse me for what I spent replacing my things. Nothing yet. The last Employee I spoke with said they don`t reimburse for lost laundry,,,, Why not It`s just the nature of the beast, said she. read more

This place has a never ending crew of clerks so no one ever has experience with the system. They charged me 2x for the same bill and then put the extra bill on their deadbeat wall for months despite my not owing them anything. Besides the wash dry fold service burns your clothes to a crisp. read more

This place is TERRIBLE!!! Half the machines are broken. The machines do not use any hot water at all. During the cycle opened the top of the washer the water was ice cold. My clothes were not clean and finished drenched in water. The attendant had to add an extra spin cycle resulting in more time wasted. Just drive further down the road, Lovely little laundrymat 60lb washer for $8.00 add warm water for 8.50 still less than 9.55 for a 55lbs machine that doesnt work properly. FREE DRY...oh please there barely any working dryers this place is a disgrace go elsewhere! read more

I'm at the 2nd location which use to be so nice, today a majority of washes are out of order it's not as clean as it use to be and the washers smell like mold the only reason I stayed to do my laundry is because I have money on my card. Biggest machine is 55 lbs for $9.35 way to expensive. I go to laundromax for $8.99 for a 80 lb washer and free dry. This is outrageous. Way to expensive. And you are only allowed so much time for free dry. Better off going to the laundromat for less $$ and better service. And no matter how many dryers or how much time you use to dry it's free. If you want your clothes stolen then drop them off for wash and fold. I had True Religion Jeans, Jcrew shirt, Smartwool socks, thermal underwear, new bra, even a towel was missing. I just went to another laundromat to inquire about wash and fold and she said I was the 5th customer at their location to say that they had clothes missing after going to Tumbletown. It took 3 weeks to even get a call back from the owner and now its phone tag. Looks like there is some sort of theft ring at Tumbletown. Especially, when they even have a reputation in Warwick for missing clothes. Ridiculous..... guess I should check eBay or local consignments for my stuff. read more

Worst laundromat ever! Wish I could give the negative stars. It's disgusting, dryers are misleading, " They're not truly Free" the service is deplorable and theft! My Topshop bathrobes were stolen. This laundromat is expensive af of feel like the free dry is Misleading because they over charger for the washer and the dryers don't even dry that well . For me personally I like coin op laundry and they kinda force you to use their card system . Ps the outlet by the front bench doesn't work bring your charger phone. Don't come here under any circumstance! There are a couple problems wrong with this place. I came in on a Thursday night and the laundromat was filthy. The machines smelled like mildew, the bathroom was dirty with a strong urine smell, and half the machines were broken. To top it off, I watched the owner berate and humiliate a woman who was there doing her laundry. I'm not sure what the problem was, but he reeked of alcohol from across the room. I was so uncomfortable that I took my laundry elsewhere to dry because it felt weird being there. If you want to launder your clothes at a dirty laundromat with an angry, drunk owner, I would recommend Tumbletown. If you are a rational minded person, I would suggest elsewhere. read more

So I have laundry facilities in my apartment complex but its easier to come here and get it all done at once. Let's be real, I change at least twice a day, I have a husband and my 8 year diva of a niece lives with me, so we have plenty of laundry after a week. I like that its free drying, they have cards so need to bring change and they allow you to use debit or credit to add value to the laundry card. The downside? It has always been busy when I come here so I never come here if I am in a rush. Its very clean and the staff is friendly. And they offer free WiFi. read more

I've always had the luxury of being able to wash my laundry at home. My machines now aren't large enough to wash our bedding. This was my first laundromat experience. The lady was very helpful getting me setup. Washing was 27 minutes and drying is free. The free wifi is very convenient. Brought our iPad to watch some YouTube videos with my daughter. This being my first time we didn't leave but, it seems like you can come and go as you please as well. read more

BEWARE VTM. Customer for two years and now I will never return. The free drying I think is misleading because the washers are a bit overpriced but still worth it I thought originally. Dryers seemed to take forever to dry. Attendants always friendly and helpful. Ok major problems. The VTM never gave a paper receipt always thought that was weird. After about 6 months I never questioned it. My last trip in the attendant helped me with a new card. When I loaded money on the card my balance was 2.00. So I add 20.00 then 15.00. The money came out of my checking account since I used my debit card. The attendant couldn't figure out how to check my card activity or it wouldn't let her via the " invisible buttons " Called the a few days later to talk to the manager I left a message with no return call. My point is if the VTM had paper than I would've been able to prove my transaction. My advice only use if you bring cash to add to your card and expect long drying times that chew up your "free time" I only saw one attendant clean lint traps in two years. Just updating I called the laundromat and asked to speak to a manager. The lady informed me that the manager was out and she would take my information and have her call me back. This was a few days after my initial review. Never received a call back. I spent a lot of money here over the past two years. I guess loyalty to the customer doesn't exist read more

Do not use this laundromat!!!! The chemicals they use to clean their machines reacted with the heat in the dryer and caught mine and my roommates clothes on fire!!! When I attempted to get management involved they were unresponsive. Ridiculous. 300 dollars worth of clothes ruined and not even a refund for the service. read more

Horrible owner and manager! We used them this summer for dry cleaning my husbands shirts. Arrangements made were; pick up at our house Tuesday's and drop back off at our house Friday's. It was supposed to automatically done this way. Never happened the way it should have. I always had to call. I gave them my phone number to not disturb my husband while he was working. They would only call him. By the end of July we were frustrated with reminding them and calls made to my husband and not me about payment. Credit card# was left with them to automatically to take out of our account. Several times he got a call for payment and I had to call and tell them to use the card on file. Their machine several times malfunctioned or they just didn't know what they were doing and couldn't get the card to go through. Manager would say "I'll try again later" so the matter was put out of my mind and it wasn't thought of again. We stopped using them and I just did his shirts myself. Fast forward to this week. They call my husband and asked him why. He explained we didn't hear from them they were not automatically coming as was arranged and we don't have the time to call every week to remind them. The manager convinced him to try again. They picked up Tuesday but did not drop off Thursday. Friday comes my husband asks me why three separate charges were taken out of our account for them. I wasn't sure... he called the manager was so disrespectful telling him that we need to get our finances in order. It was our fault. No it was their machine screwing up. We figured since it's now Friday and there was no delivery of the shirts he needs we would go pick them up and be done with them. It's 9:30.. the shirts are not there. The woman working there (who was very sweet to me) called the manager to see where they were gave me the phone. I ended up talking to the owner and he was the rudest horrible man to me. Told me to f*** off and he was throwing our shirts in our bushes and hung up on me. NEVER HAVE I BEEN SO DISRESPECTED! Stay away from this dump! read more

Always busy means good business. Free Dry and Free Wifi. Open 24hrs which is very convenient for me. I usually wait until after hours to come so I can get the laundry done with the kids in bed. Friendly staff, and accepts cards and if you use cash a $20 bill you get a bonus $2 on the card. read more

Great place with nice staff! I rarely need a laundromat but recently, during a power outage in my end of town, found myself needing to wash clothes before a trip. This place was clean, had free WiFi and the dryers were free. It met my needs perfectly and I will go back should I find myself in need of such services again! read more

They are rude and inconsiderate. Their customers park in front of the door blocking access and blocking people from driving by normally and when presented with the issue they blew me off and said *I* was the rude one! I don't think so! Many calls have been made asking them to solve the issue, even the liquor store next to them has to put out orange cones so their store doesn't get blocked! Take a hint people! Maybe the Warwick Police and Town Hall needs to hear about this! read more

I have been going to this establishment weekly since 2008 with no issues very clean, washer and dryers usually work very well however the last three or four visits have been going downhill. Tonight three of our four washer machines did not go into spin cycles leaving the clothes very wet. The attendant informs us that we need to go through the complete cycle on both machines. ( 27 more mins each ). The machines were never tagged out of order just left for the next customer to go through the same issue as us. This issue happened to us 2 weeks prior with two different machines. Our time is worth more to us and will look to another Warwick establishment to do our weekly wash. read more
