The only thing I really knew was that purchasing a home was a goal I wanted to work towards. He was extremely patient with me (I had 0 background or knowledge of purchasing a home). He sat me down and walked me through the entire process and broke down every step of what I needed to do in order to get within realistic range of purchasing a home (down payment, salary, pros and cons of each area, interest rates, monthly Morgage payments, home insurance, etc). It took me about 2.5 years before I was ready to seriously search for a potential future home. Scott and his team created a catered search for any homes that met my requirements and it was sent almost daily via email. Never rushed me, took times to show me other potential homes in other area around the Bay Area whenever we had toured a place.
