My husband and I were looking to relocate and wanted to look at new builds for our first home. We contacted Scott on a Friday and he agreed to meet up with us the next day to look at different communities. We ended up placing our deposit the next Monday. Okay 10/10 would recommend. My husband and I were initially working with another agent (we didn't know Scott yet).
