I just found out that I have been driving without Insurance for 3 weeks after being told on the day my policy was set to lapse, by an employee of Davis and Towle, that I was "all set." Due to the lapse in coverage on my policy, I now need to spend an extra $1000 on a six month policy that I would have never let lapse if Davis and Towle just informed me that I was not "all set." The manager I spoke with accepted no responsibility for my Insurance Agency not letting me know that my coverage lapsed. Here is a company that does not care, at all, about their customers. Stay away from this company if you want to work with an agency that makes sure your policies are in place for you. When my Insurance Agency tells me I am "All set," I expect to be contacted when they find out I am not all set, and they didn't do that. Buyer beware.

Geico won't even deal with your claim of a stolen car if a "tow company" tows it. A "tow driver" stole our car and even the police say it's stolen and Geico won't touch the claim simply because someone with a tow truck randomly targeted it and towed it 50+ miles away claiming they "found it" on public property and thought it shouldn't be there. (legally parked by the way) They also lie through their teeth. Twice they claimed the police didn't file the car as stolen. Both times the officer confirmed it was in the system. Wouldn't be surprised if they never actually checked and they think we're too stupid to figure that out. They are a joke.

Well my fears proved to be correct yesterday. On 11/18 I went to urgent care for an earache. Appointment super quick, took my blood pressure, checked my ear and gave me a prescription for ear drops. My first shock is UH never covered prescription and paid $83 for it. Not ideal, but not end of the world. Yesterday UH ruined Christmas for me by the urgent care bill being $200 and UH only covered $10 bull shit dollars, and I got hit wirh $190 charge. Lesson learned I'll never go to a doctor again, I don't care if I die. If have a heart attack I'll just live off tums, rolaids or Alka seltzer. Makes me so mad, I get tons of problems from people "go to the doctors it doesn't cost anything"- yeah $270 out of my account later. At least death is free. I know this won't matter to UH but I hate your company and I don't blame anyone who doesn't go to the doctors.
