I received inconsistent responses until September 4, 2024, when I had to repeatedly call and text. Eventually, their Denver office dismissed me, claiming they no longer service my camera system, despite having replaced the cameras just three months prior. They even texted me that my camera system would be available soon. Now, they say they have no cameras because my system is "too old," even though it's a brand new Lorex system installed in 2023. After a month of inquiries, I received a sarcastic comment from the person responsible for ordering cameras, stating that they no longer service such old models. Why provide me with misleading information for an entire month? How can you claim not to service them when you just did three months ago? I strongly advise against doing business with them; you will only encounter frustration. I have text message evidence of our communication and wish I could have recorded our phone call, as it was both disrespectful and unprofessional.

I hired Mr. Williams to move me from a 2-bedroom Town home to a 2 Bedroom first floor apartment…read more Initially everything was going well. He showed up on time with the truck. He texts me a start time and in hindsight I should have stopped there because normally the movers put the start time on a contract. I was stressed with the move and just wanted to get it all over with, so it did not sink in at the time. We get down to the end of the move, I watch as he gets ready to move my washer and dryer, I advise him that the top part is fragile. He stated that he understood. From the time he got it out of the house and to the truck the entire knob for the dryer was broken off. (mind you that is not the part that was fragile) you know what he said: I put it in the dryer. Your dryer is so old you can probably get another one for $25.00. Again, good people I am trying to get this move going so we continue to go along. As we get to my new location, he put 2 gouges into my new laminate floor. I brought this to his attention, you know what he says?? Tell your complex about it. What!!! So, they can politely pass that bill on to me. I think not. Once I settled down, I notice my wooden furniture is really scratched up. My bedroom furniture has broken drawers with the sliding mechanism politely placed inside the drawer. You know the metal piece that the drawer fits in to slide back and forth? This piece was in a drawer. No one said a word about it. My children's furniture was scratched up too. I just by chance went to his Facebook page and guess what I saw??? A post he made with my furniture in his truck and the very same piece of furniture upside down. No there was no covering to take care of my items. So, I am livid at this point. I reach out to him explaining out my issues. He does not respond to me via email but only on Facebook messenger. He states that he was going to call me but.... all I have is crickets good people because he never called. I will say that he did offer to give me a dryer...But I had to come pick it up... 25 miles away? I have requested in writing his insurance company name or the bonding company. Again, no response. So, this leads me to believe that he has no insurance and not a reputable company. Beware, Beware.
