We have been having new windows installed in phases as we redid parts of the house, so this was our 3rd time to use them and they continue to be very professional, trustworthy and do excellent work. So very pleased by our whole experience with Foster. Logan the salesperson was incredibly patient with our questions and even came out twice. He was able to provide us the perfect product with the color and features we wanted. The installation was flawless. They were very careful not to make a mess. We had some problem windows in our 1961 house where they used trim that exactly matched the window to fill in a large gap between the brick and the window. We were extremely pleased with how they fixed these gaps. They delivered everything they promised at a fantastic price. (We had bids from four other companies.) After interviewing various window companies over the years we decided on Foster Exteriors to replace our 18 old windows from 1966. The company was very easy to deal with and their price was fair and below some the other outfits. Foster Exteriors removed thirteen old steel casement windows at our house and replaced them with new custom-manufactured vinyl windows. Logan Foster came over to give us an estimate. His professional presentation and knowledge regarding the possible window types and his recommendations for style and configuration was awesome. We got estimates from four other companies and none of them came close to giving us the confidence to let them do the job. Honestly, Foster's price quote was not the lowest but we chose them because we plan on having these windows for many years and we wanted the job done right. They not only met but exceeded our expectations. The installation is as important as the windows. I've heard so many horror stories of shoddy work by inexperienced crews and how they've left behind a clean-up disaster. Foster's team had it down. They were not only meticulous but friendly and personable. Those guys didn't cut corners. The customer service is amazing. I'm sure there are minor issues that come along with any job. One of our small windows had a superficial scratch. We were also concerned that a strip of caulking wasn't thick enough and one screen had a nick in it. I received several quotes for new windows and sliding glass doors and not only was their service the best, their price was fantastic as well!
