The look and feel of this was very warm and welcoming, with its sunken living room style layout and comfortable couches spread throughout. To the left and right of the large room are curtains, and that where you get your lap dance. Prices are standard and depending on the girl, you can have a good time. ONE HUGE PROBLEM I HAD THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT and so did the other men in my group... Some of the dancers DO NOT KNOW HOW TO COUNT!! MAKE SURE YOU COUNT THE SONGS OUT LOUD!!! Either these guys are owned by the same people who own Rick's Cabaret, or there is some clearing-house where all the newer strip clubs get their little red velvet armchairs on casters. Either way, I wish we'd just gone to Rick's. A group of us (all girls) rolled in a bit past midnight on a Saturday night. There were people there, but it still felt kinda dead - I think they maybe had six girls working. The ladies do three songs each on stage - there's no pole or platform, just a mirror in the back and a set of stairs toward the front with dual railings they can hang off of to do squats and stuff. It doesn't give them a lot to work with, and some of them are not the most talented dancers, but it's not like I came expecting to see Cirque du Soleil. (There is a pole in the back toward the bar, but it just sat there looking lonely the entire time we were there.) The DJ was playing what I believe was Korn when we arrived, which seems like an odd choice for a strip club, but eventually switched to booty hip-hop, which made a lot more sense. Drinks were standard NYC-strip-club a$$pensive ($15 for a vodka soda), but made with Grey Goose and very strong. The place was immaculately clean. My main beef with this place is that after we'd been there for maybe half an hour, a table of high-roller types came in, took one of the tables on the stage, and started ordering bottle service - and once this happened, we may as well have been twelve empty chairs. All the girls flocked to them, and after the one lady who had been giving our group lap dances (her name is China, and she is LOVELY) was called up on stage, we were just sitting there with our money moldering in our pockets and our laps all empty and sad. It's such a shame - if the girls had deigned to spend a little time with our crew instead of Douchepants McBottleService and Friends, we would have made it worth their while. I was there earlier this morning on Sunday in the wee hours of the morning. Sunday 10/11/15. From 2:15 A. M. - 3:30 A. M. . The bouncers are friendly. There is a coat check. But there is no charge for it. The waittress is friendly. But I gotta say for a bottle of water the price is $7.00. That's highway robbery. But it's alright. I don't go to these places that often. I guess that's how these establishments make their money. All the ladies are very beautiful. Very friendly. They smell nice. They look nice. And they feel nice. I asked the woman I was with if I can touch her. She said just a little bit. Just on her legs, back, buttocks, and hair. I just want to say she made me feel good all over my body. I loved every second of the three lap dances. Lap dances are twenty dollars each. I had three lap dances. So That was sixty dollars. And all three of them were worth it. I'm sure a dance in a private room is a lot more expensive. I guess about three hundred dollars. That's more than I can afford. Maybe some other time when I can afford it. I don't know. And this place has a plethora of them. I'd shy away from the Manhattan gentlemen's clubs for the couple of decades that I've ventured into the City. I figured the prices were as bloated as the commerce in other areas. Tourist scam. But this place is off the beaten path, so it might actually reside in the realm of common sense. So I tried it out. Fortune favors the bold. I don't venture into strip clubs during the weekends. They tend to be packed to the gills with other men. That's a bit too ancient Roman for me, if you snag my drift. If I'm not celebrating the retirement of a fellow Y-chromie's peter to the domestic life, I don't want to be reminded that other guys exist during an erotic moment. So the "space" I got in here on a Monday night was glorious. Headed to the bar for a whiskey and immediately caught the eye of a thick Latin shorty sitting there. The bartender didn't know his business to well, maybe he was new. She was the "business", and wasn't new to what she knew about it. The ice in my scotch hadn't decided to melt yet by the time we were heading over to the lap dance area. Her Spanish accent was as thick and rich as hot homemade flan. Nowhere else in the world could someone explaining the prices of something make you feel "eager" down to your loins. We by-passed the socializing and drinking chairs, and she motioned for me to sit in the public lap dance area. She stripped of her dress and, Feliz Navidad!! Rules: no touching. But then she put my hands on her hips at one point. Those perfect, perfect, perfect perfect..... to call them mere breasts do them no justice. Candies lips. Round apple bottom. Skin buttery enough to give you cholesterol. And those stodgy Puritan forefathers in the back of your mind saying that anything that feels this good has to be bad for you. But I cock a smile at the old green slavedrivers, still cracking the whip five days a week. And I pass her $20 for the song, with a couple dollars extra tip. She liked that, but was bummed when I didn't order another song. I like to pace myself when I'm in a joint like this. I'm the master of Capitalism, and the captain of this industry. So I order another drink and head over to the small stage. This is my one complaint about this place. Hence the removed star. Where is the pole? Gotta have a pole. They didn't. Some of the girls looked a bit sluggish up there, but once I started letting the dollar flow, the creativity sparked. Next thing I know rhythmic simulated lesbian acts entertained my eye. Eventually I headed back to the young lady I had the pleasure of "meeting" before. I ordered her a drink, and she joined me in the drinking area. Something palpable nestled between us that was more than Hallmark could handle, and just as commercial. She mentioned the private rooms again. I mentioned that I work for a living. Frankness thrives in a place like this, and she settled down on the point. We watched the stage, she's drinking her drink and rubbing my thighs. Puba. "I really want you baby" and she disrobes right there. Gives me another dance. Now this is the moment of truth. I "don't" argue that that was not negotiated. I "don't" even ask if that was a freebie. You want freebies: casino/mall. I reach in my pocket had over another $20 with a two dollar tip and say "Thank You". She smiles. Like really smiles. Sits and watches the stage, drink in hand. "I want my friend and me to dance for you baby". She calls her name. Her friend doesn't seem to hear her. That's annoys her, so she yells louder. Then the set on stage ends, and she brings her friend over. We head up to the lap dance area, and I'm in a jungle of flesh. This time touching is encouraged from the start. And that, my friends, is what you are paying for. An image, an experience so vivid, that it is easily welled up from the subconscious every time the earning of those Presidential bores gets too mundane and irritating. I reached the end of my stash, so I settled in for one last solo dance with the first girl. TIP: dancers like loyalty. Just for the night. Even other dancers, who are irritated when they can't pry you away, respect the loyalty. Buy'em a drink and offer next time, but stick to one a night. I would prefer to hang at home with my buddies and a bottle of vodka from the liquor store over spending 20 smackaroos per drink. Don't expect to get much here. Been to plenty of strip clubs but never in Manhattan. It's MANHATTAN so I was expecting beautiful girls and a great time. Instead the girls were mediocre (sorry ladies) and they didn't even TRY to come around to anyone for lap dances. The club itself is set up very weird. Its more like a lounge with red velvet seats all over the middle, a bar in the back and a teeny tiny area that i guess they consider the stage with NO stripper pole. the girls each did about 3 dances. they don't take their top off until the 3rd dance. Again they barely moved and weren't even trying to really dance. Where's the show? Maybe i'm used to going to strip clubs where the girls are a little more aggressive and are really working it for that dollar. The drinks were expensive but I expected that ($15 for a vodka/soda).The only positive things I can say is that the music was good and the bathrooms were clean.
