One drink is "required" but it isn't too pricy. No alcohol on the premises, the place is full nude(but not all dancers are nude all the time). We were excited upon arrival. The waiter asisted us in choosing good meals. We then placed our order, two meals and two waters, and begin checking out the dancers for our fav. Our waiter comes back with two unopened bottles of water, and explains that unfortunately the kitchen had closed. Again our priority was food at the time so we decided it would be best to leave and try the show palace experience another night, we then relay this to the waiter. She brings us a bill of 20$ for the water. We politely explain that we don't want the water as we only ordered it to go with the food and they are UNOPENED. She explains that we'd need to speak with her manager Kevin. Okay, no big deal. I'm thinking this is reasonable. The manager Kevin was despicably rude regarding the situation and pinned us to be some cheap customers with no intention on spending money. Which was very well not the case, his attitude and regard toward us as humans let alone customers was horrendous. I truly cant see how Show palace can afford to lose customers over this guy. I really wanted to support this establishment, but they super suck for so many reasons: 1. I am a lady. I do not pay cover. So why are they charging women a $20 cover at 8pm on a weeknight? And they wouldn't even honor the free admission pass they emailed me because it "expired"? Ludicrous. They should be glad I walked through this sketchy part of town to patronize their business in the first place. If I'm not going to be able to get a REAL drink, at least don't offend me at the door. Which leads me to... 2. They don't serve alcohol. That's right. A strip club that doesn't serve alcohol. I get it, it's an all-nude strip club. I'm not an amateur, I've done this before in plenty of other establishments in plenty of other zip codes, so I know that full nudity and alcohol do not usually mix, according to the law. However, so many other establishments find a way around this, whether it's BYOB, or only serving beer and wine, or what have you. Show Palace, on the other hand, serves "mocktails." Um, no. And not only that, they do not inform you when they hit you and your date up for $40 at the door that it's a dry establishment. Thankfully, we already knew, but this would have definitely caused an issue if we hadn't. 3. The dancers are kind of aggressive, and not in a good way. Their approach and attitude makes them seem very inexperienced. Note to new strippers: the best way to make friends with a straight couple is to appeal to the woman, not to ignore her while opportunistically flirting with the man. If you had any experience or intuition or training whatsoever, you'd know that. Which leads me to... 4. Not only do the dancers seem poorly trained and inexperienced as to how to interact with customers, but the hostesses (see #1) and waitresses are, too. Our waitress, despite being young and cute, had the most stank attitude I have ever encountered anywhere, like even at the McDonald's on 125th Street. No charm, no sense of humor, she was downright unpleasant and rude and had no clue as to how to speak or interact with customers. 5. The food sucks and they didn't have half the things we wanted to order from the menu. But maybe that's my fault for ordering food in a strip club. Then again, having just been to Sin City in the Bronx (which was awesome, including the food), perhaps my expectations have been raised. 6. Finally, did I mention they don't serve alcohol (see #2). If I had at least had a few drinks, I wouldn't have felt so angry and resentful and wanted to slap the waitress. A few of the girls actually had decent pole skills, but I was so sober and pissed, and still reeling over the nerve of the cover charge that I couldn't even enjoy it, and at that point, could have cared less about the added bonus of full nudity. Total Regret! Went to this spot a couple of months ago with a buddy who was dying to go check it out.. Thought it should be pretty good on a summer Thursday night. Wrong! There was a very unwelcoming & unattractive girl who collected a $20 cover fee and lied saying it was crazy inside.. No exaggeration there was 1 girl dancing on stage and 2 girls on the floor. None of them were head turners. We were forced to buy drinks, so our only options were $8-$12 water, juice, and wine. It's full nude so they do not serve liquor or beer. After weeks of talking about going to a strip club and a night of hard drinking, the boyfriend and I came in last night. It's right by our apartment and we pass it often, so figured what the hell. The cover was $25 for each of us; and like the other ladies have said: seemed crazy to charge the same for men and women- had my admission been reduced or waived, I probably would have spent more money. So this was really my first time in a strip club, sans a very weird place in New Orleans with a bunch of friends that was terrible. My boyfriend said he felt that it was huge and bright, a bit pricey, but expected. The interesting thing is that since it's all nude, there really is no stripping since they are basically coming out in nothing. We sat on the floor by the main stage, though I felt most of the girls I would have liked to have seen were on the stage by the bar. Everyone is commenting on the no alcohol- they did have beer and wine - not sure if this is a new thing or what, but I was happy to be able to have a few beers. I got a lap dance, and the girl was nice, but boyfriend felt that the dance was very short. As the night got later, we got approached by more girls and no one was overly aggressive, but most of the night service was mediocre. The staff (coat room, admissions girl, bar girl) were not very hospitable, but servers were. The ATM fee was $10, and I should have known better and gotten more cash than I had, but lesson learned. All in all, we had fun. It's not something I would do regularly (especially since it felt expensive) , but if the night is right- why not. Show Palace can be a hit or miss and very random at times. I've had great nights here and absolutely boring and wasteful nights as well. Cover charge ranges from $20-40 and prices can double or triple on weekends, which is understood since they make their money from entrance, food, soda, and hookah. There's a few girls who are always very nice and attentive, and some who barely show love, despite us having a couple hundred bucks on the table. Their food is really good though, which is something most people overlook. The burger is absolutely amazing, and the steak and eggs are pretty on point as well. The place is nice an luxurious but the service doesn't entirely reflect that. They don't bring you a check for your food to the table, they just tell you what it is and you have to pay for it while you're eating, not before or after, but right in the middle of your meal. read more

We drove to it and the bouncer told us that it was 21+ but recommended us to Show Palace (for its 18 and over/ 18 year olds actually get in for free). I walked in and a stripper came up to me and sat in my lap, we talked for probably 30 minutes and she offered to take me to the private room. Went in there and it was amazing... This was my first time at a strip club, so I've had no other experiences to compare it to. So please, take whatever I say with a grain of salt. I was there on a Saturday night from 9 until around midnight. Place was dead when I got there, but it did start to pick up shortly thereafter (I would imagine it peaked at around 2AM). I was surprised about the music to be honest. I'm more of a hard rock/heavy metal guy myself, and they play mostly hip hop/typical club music. Not my kind of music, but it fits the atmosphere well, and I guess that's all that matters. The dancers I interacted with were all pretty chill and friendly. Had a great time with Egypt (I think that's what she said her name was), so I'll def be keeping an eye out for her next time! Only downside is that they pressure you to buy a drink, which are all quite expensive. We're talking like $8 for a Sprite expensive. This place is COMPLETE trash there's no alcohol and the staff is extremely unprofessional. They clearly hire anybody because the dancer selection was a complete joke. They play an automatic soundtrack that continuously repeat song after song and they can't even managed to have a consistent dj. There's only a $200 maximum pull out at every atm and anytime you need to pull out money there's a $10 charge. I can't believe this place is still in business. The security here goes overboard they put more energy into preventing people from enjoying themselves rather than promoting for people to feel comfortable and have a good time. Half the time there's never dancers on stage given they don't seem to call them in any form of rotation. We had a section and the 2 hours we spent there tipping dancers fought over the money and continuously surrounded us the entire night. It's hard for an all nude club to get 1 star, but Show Palace found a way to do it. We came here midweek after literally running away from another strip club in the area. In hindsight, we should have just got on the train and went back to the City. How bad is it? Let me count the ways. 1) Walking over to the place makes you feel like you stumbled into the set of a bad 80's kung fu movie. 2) There is a $20 cover at the door, but no mention that the place is liquor free (We already knew the place had no liquor, but we saw several groups come in that didn't have a clue) 3) Management clearly didn't train the waitstaff in basic hospitality 4) Management clearly didn't train the dancers in approaching and interacting with customers. 5) The wait staff and the dancers clearly aren't old enough or exprienced enough to provide decent strip club customer service 6) There is no liquor but they set up the place to make you think they have a real bar. 7) They have a food menu but I tried to order two or three different items that they didn't have. 8) The dancers have little or no ownership of thier sexual expression. The know the moves, but they haven't figured out how to put their personalities into it. 9) There is no liquor but they pretend to have drinks by offering a "wine" list and mocktails. 10) There is no motivation to get a dance or to even stay past one drink. I am willing to travel pretty far for a good strip club (See my reviews from Allure in AC and Deja Vu in NO as examples) but not even nudity can compensate for a no liquor, bad service, overpriced club trapped in a muggers paradise.
