I neededto have a keyless remote programed to a Cadillac. It recommends a dealer do this because special tools are needed. I put a request on Yelp that went to 10 locksmiths. HS Locksmith was the first to reply. We set a time and Michael was in contact came to my wife's work and successfully programed the Caddilac to the new remote. Michael is a professional and does great work. Right after, he contacted me to make sure all was food. Excellent customer service. BTW. A day later only 3 more contacted me out of the 10. read more

I had two safes die at the same time. The first was my brand new gun safe. The power unit shorted out and I somehow misplaced the key. This was a very expensive safe and I was blown away at how complex the process to open it was. I thought you just drill out the lock and boom you're ready to go. Boy was I wrong. It was really interesting seeing how skill it takes to open these bad boys. The second safe was a wall unit that I somehow changed the code on. It could have been opened much more easily if he damaged the wall but instead he literally beat the safe apart using a crowbar and saw. Talk about earn your money. Final word, total pro and very trustworthy. We felt safe and private. Five stars and great prices. read more

Once the tech David arrived (1hr 20 min after expected), he told me it would be $110 per lock rather than the $75/each I was quoted. I was also told he could not provide me with a replacement key as indicated on the call. I was still charged the $50 service fee when I refused the new higher price. We had a eviction happening this week and we called Michael and set up a time with him. He was there on time and waited with us for the Sheriff to arrive. He charged $50.00 to show up and we didn't need to use his services because we were able to open the door. Don't think is a crazy price because he could be somewhere else doing the work and getting more money so I think it was fair. Very nice, patient and professional. Would call him again. Don't call them. Go somewhere else. Yes they came and do get me into my house when I locked my keys in but it cost me way too much! $222 to be exact. When I called and they said they would send someone out I specifically asked how much would that cost to just send someone out and the guy on the phone said nothing! However once Alex showed up and saw my lock and then decided the price he told me there was a $29 service fee. I told the guy that I asked and they told me it would be free and he "waived" the fee but I know that's the gimmick they use to make you feel like you're getting a deal. They charged me 125 to unlock the bottom lock on my screen door and then another $65 (I was told this was a discount) to unlock the bottom lock on my main door that has the same key. To add the cherry on the top $15 "labor and tools" fee when all the guy used was a key and some oil. Such a waste of money. Only reason I even agreed to it is because I was freezing cold locked my car and house keys inside and my phone died so I couldn't call a more reasonable place!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT CALL THEM!!! Update: I definitely got serviced by you guys. See if you guys pay attention to the other reviews you see this guy keeps saying people have the wrong place as if we don't know who we called! Well first, the positive- I got into my house and they responded the same day. Now for the negatives, it cost $250 to drill open the lock. And I was charged extra for the service call. The guy who came didn't introduce himself by name and kept on changing the terms of his service. After he was done, he asked for done paper towels, I gave him some and then he wiped his face and just left them on my dining table, he didn't bother to turn around and put them in the trash can they was right behind him. Nor did he clean up or offer to clean up anything. After that display, he tried to sell me a lock and got testy when I said no. Finally, he told me his credit card machine was broken and he wouldn't accept a check, so I had to drive to the bank and get him money. Overall, pretty poor experience. read more

Unfortunately, on Monday night/Tuesday morning at around midnight, my bluetooth lock failed and I had to call someone to come open the deadbolt - no small feat. Michael answered the phone, quoted a time and price. I didn't have time to price shop, but given the hour and the issue, his price was fully reasonable. I would have been annoyed if someone called me at the time that I did. He showed up in the timeframe that he said he would and, though the deadbolt proved to be more of an effort and took longer than he had anticipated, he assured me that he would, in fact, get the door open. True to his word, Michael stayed on the job, even though others (with most likely easier tasks) called while he was working. He could have easily said, "this is too difficult for the price I quoted you" and left, but he stayed and finished the job. Additionally, I live in a condo complex and given the time that we were trying to deal with this situation and the loud noises that the tools were making, the police were called. 4 police came up to my unit and, though I was extremely annoyed and short with them because of their asinine questions, Michael showed nothing less than professionalism the entire time. And sure enough it paid off; the gentleman on the phone took all my information quickly & dispatched a locksmith, Michael, right away. I was told it would take 25mins but it seemed like it was less time than that. Michael did a great job of explaining the service, disclosing any possible extra fees, and started working on getting my door unlock right away. Michael was a great help in repairing the front door lock of the business I work at. He found and fixed the problem quickly. A+ workmanship. The only downside is that he charges $49.99 just to come out and that isn't applied to the work performed if you choose to use his services. This is a practice I do not like. Bull Shitters! Don't waste your money time and effort! I called asking for a quote cuz I locked my keys inside my car the guy there picks up and tells me there's a service call charge and the minimum for this services is $35... So I thought ok it can't be anymore than $50 overall to get my keys in my car. Well! When the guys get here they walk around my car asks a couple of questions then they tell me "it'll be $120.00 to get your keys out without damage!!! WTF! It doesn't end there when I refused they give me a bull shit excuse, "I spoke to my supervisor and we can reduce it to $100, you can't get any better than that! So I told them I just spoke to another locksmith and he quoted me $50 flat rate. These men had the galls to call me a LIAR! Then they made me call that locksmith PUT HIM ON SPEAKER so he can say "we charge $50 flat rate out the door." I honestly am disgusted with these guys. Then they met the competitor's price. Micheal really saved me tonight. I was locked out of my apartment at 11pm and he responded to my email immediately and said he could be at my place in 4 minutes. I am in a really hard place financially so i wanted to call around for better quotes but Michael was said he would come anyways and if the quote ended up being to high upon seeing the actually lock that he wouldn't charge me for the visit which seems above and beyond what others were willing to do. He ended up arriving at my residence before I did and waited patiently. The unlock took less than a minute and he was so friendly, and he could obviously see that I was stressed about the situation and did his best to put me at ease.
