As my wife helped our daughter I went off to find new shoes for me, while I browsing an employee by the name of Issac who already asked if we needed help was walking by and took notice and with out asking and with great instinct showed me another shoe that resulted in being exactly what I was needing. He was spot on to notice my flat feet and went out of his way to ensure that the show I purchased not only looked good but would be the correct fit and support for me. During our encounter he never tried to up sell me or pressure me into a more expensive pair in fact he did the opposite. If the owner of this location reads this or someone in the hierarchy this is quality service do what you must to keep this man around he is was awesome.

Samantha helped us out and was very nice and made sure to explain everything thoroughly. My favorite part about fleet feet is that they are NOT pushy! As someone that used to sell shoes, I think it's so important to not pressure customers as it'll only turn them away. So thank you.
