My brother and I planted these trees over 25 years ago. They trimmed them to 9 ft. Okay. But they broke a beloved, irreplaceable statue and didn't tell me. They broke a wooden rocking chair and didn't tell me. They broke the TV/internet cable and didn't tell me. They broke a Camilla plant as well. All of this I discovered on my own. Granted, they compensated me $150 for the statue and chair, repaired the wire, too, but I'd rather have my things back, which were broken needlessly, and the unique statue cannot be replaced. I also had vines growing into the wires in the alley. They did a good job, but they also cut some wires, which they left hanging in the alley in front of a neighbor's garage, and didn't tell me about it. They came back and fixed it. The worst thing is the large limb they severed that ran parallel to the wall, shielding and shading my view of the house next door. It provided shelter and shade for the birdbath and the hummingbirds that nest in it every year. They had no business cutting that and should have asked me. It's far below the 9 ft. limit, and now I feel sick when I look out the window and see the amputated limb, lack of shade and shelter, and the house next door with all its wires, dish, lights, and windows. I feel like I've lost a friend. I have photos of hummingbird eggs. They'll never come back. And I'll never hire this company again.

He's very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. His price is always fair. Our hillside is very steep so it's a lot of work to cut and bring the branches up to the street and shred. She let me know that there wasn't much that needed to come off either tree, and that no more than 20% should be removed to preserve the health of the tree. The guys that came took probably 75% off of one of the trees. I assumed he knew what he was doing, and so I didn't say anything initially and waited until spring when the tree put out its new growth. The tree is very clearly now dying, and Anna is taking zero responsibility saying that she doesn't maintain the property so she doesn't know what has happened since they trimmed it. I have very clear before and after photos showing how much has taken off of the tree. Now I'm going have to pay somebody to remove it won't have the nice shade tree that keeps the side protect protected from the strong afternoon sun. I was incredibly disappointed in how Anna chose to handle the situation.
